- This is a video of our precious Molly growing up from two weeks to a year old. The videos and photos in the beginning were sent to us by Molly's breeder. She sent us pictures and videos every week of Molly before we were able to take her home! We love our Molly so much!
Update: Wow!! Thank you SO much for all of the views on this video! We’ve gotten a couple of comments on this video saying that Molly isn’t very big for a Maine Coon cat. Molly’s breeder told us that Molly will keep growing and will not reach her full size until she is 3-5 years old. Females are also typically smaller than males, but Molly is still a big cat! Her body is just long and lanky.

@@sheelfjohnson I didn't have a cat for many years after my Maine Coon died. In the past few months I have "adopted" two strays. One would just hang around waiting for something to eat, but wouldn't come near me. Over the course of maybe 4-6 weeks, she started coming to me. The Vet says she's part Maine Coon, and she definitely looks it! She's beautiful! Then one day I walked out to my little covered patio area where I like to sit and drink coffee & watch birds, and there was a beautiful gray female shorthair cat with 4 white 'socks" lounging in my chair. I scooted her away, and she promptly hopped on my lap. I have tried to find her owner, to no avail. I live on the edge of town, the last street, acre sized yards and fields behind me. I think someone just dropped her off. She's got the most loving personality. She still hops on my lap if I sit down...she's almost too cuddly, as if that were possible!! Get yourself a cat! They're great...and I think they're the bosses and WE are the pets!!
Looks just like one of my cats.. She passed away back in 2015 only one year old, take a moment to cuddle with your cats or any pets right now while you still can guy...

Sorry to hear! We have a 12 yr old Maine Coon that is showing some bad health signs. Vet doesn't know. She's getting lots of attention right now.

It's because they are so big
They grow up so fast and then soon they are gone. They give their lives to us, and I have always appreciated their amazing spirits.
I remember when I got my Maine Coon Max! He was so little, and that huge growth spurt they go through when I was leaving two full bowls of food in the morning and it would be gone when I came home from work. They gain so much size in that first year!
I like the M marking on her head, such a beautiful cat. It is just calling you to play and adore her.

I had a Mainecoon for years and they are absolutely awesome cats!!! Very casual and laid back but because of their size you know they can handle themselves. Just awesome cats I miss mine named Bandit. My ex-wife gave mine to the pound when I was at work because she was jealous I guess... BROKE my heart!!!

AWWW. I recently adopted a maine coon kitten (an adorable boy who I named Loki), and watching him grow from 2 days old (the first time the breeder showed me pictures of him) to now (3 months) was magical, and I'm sure it'll remain magical to see him grow in the future.

Maine Coons are the best! My Maine Coon, Willie, died, and I have missed him so much! He was almost 15 when he passed. He died 10 years ago, and I still miss him every day. He was a huge ol' boy with the best personality ever! He chirped and chatted all the time, and looked at me like he had no idea what I meant when I'd say "Here kitty kitty". He responded to "Here, Willie".
I recently adopted a part Maine Coon. She's not going to be as big, but she's a constant chirper and squeaker. I love her dearly, but I have never been around a cat as loveable as Willie. My new girl has a temper that's unpredictable. Sometimes you can walk by her, stop and pet her and she's all for it. Other times just walking near her pisses her off, and she hisses, grabs your leg and bites & claws. Willie never did bite or claw.
The cat in this video looks identical to Willie. He had huge green eyes and purred soooo loudly!
New kitty is z sweetheart. She was a stray, so probably is only now really adjusting to humans who are kind. She sprawls across my lap, belly up, and can't get enough of that belly rubbing. So I think she trusts me and knows I love her.
She doesn't have a name. The pattern on her sides is circular and looks like a target. It's beautiful! But it's her Squeaking that stands out, so I started calling her "Squeaky" and that's probably gonna stick, even though nobody else likes the name.
I just love Maine Coons! This video was soooo cute! Cats rule!
My little one Sprinkles looks identical, except Molly's ears are more glorious!!!
We have a Maine coon kitty and he's 3 and half feet long not including his tail, and 14 pounds and a year and a half, he follows us around like a pup, enjoys doing what we do,and Maine coons are super smart, we adopted him from the human society. We have on that stopped growing at 4 years old. He was 20 lbs. He hovers around that now.
Now we have a dark brown kitten found at a gas station. She is 6 months old and getting hair on the bottom of her paws. Her tail is longer than her and so fluffy. She is so pretty. Glad we kept her, our 12th cat.

As Molly has grown up she has become less playful. She is more of a lazy cat, and plays the least out of our cats. She is very loving though!

7-10 weeks is definitely the cutest stage 😺
I’d say 4-8 weeks, but every stage is beautiful with a magestic kitty like this.

Maine Coon are the most beautiful kitteh's ever - I was so lucky to have gotten one as a kitten from a person who had no idea what she was 😉 'Kindchen' (little child) was the most affectionate cat I have ever met, and the smartest one by far.... only the maintenance necessary to keep her fur pristine was 😱!

Watching this reminded me of my Maine coon Elvis, he was gray and we found him by my grandmas house
My mom said that if he came into the car we would keep him and sure enough he jumped right in, he was probably around 3 years or older and he was never too fond of being on your lap or playing. He died almost a year ago after being with us for 15+ years, lived to be about 20 we think
