    The small details about drying the fish before to prevent sticking, not using too much seasoning and the pepper in the oil is much appreciated

    Boiling vinegar while frying fish helps cut down the fish smell

    Washing fish belly + outside with lemon before you pat it dry will get some of the fish smell out!

    How do I prevent the fish skin from sticking to the pot?

    • @londoncookss
      @londoncookss  2 года назад +8

      Make sure your oil gets very hot and also make sure that you have enough oil in the pot too. Fried fish don’t always require a lot of oil to fry but if you don’t have enough oil in the pot it can sometimes cause your fish to stick or break. Lastly ensure that you try to pay fry most of the water to get rid of most of the moisture. I hope this helps
