And the icing on the cake was I got to share in your food! This recipe is so good! And so many others used sugar in the veggies which is why I was searching. Why sugar? It doesn’t need sugar! I Love Escovitch Fish. It's my most favorite fish dish. The Jamaican Escovitch Fish dishes I've had in the past were always cooked in fresh tomatoes sauce. I guess that was just a variation of the dish. Thanks Deddy. You did it up big again.
The fish u had in tomato sauce is not escoveitch fish. Maybe that was some kind of brown stew fish you had. Esco fish is basically only done like the video.
