As you said dear…in all cultures when cooking..the cook uses the same core/base seasonings all the time. However when using different meats, vegetables or starches you’re going to get different tastes because you’re using different foods. I think Deddy is doing an absolutely amazing job. And so are you Sasha. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m enjoying the journey with you. Thanks for this amazing ness!!!!

I'm so glad that he is practicing safety as it relates to the aluminum. I smiled when he mentioned the lining foil with parchment paper because this is exactly what I do when baking in foil. Love to Deddy

I use the same seasonings in most of my cooking. Depending on what you're cooking you you change up. Its up to what the cook wants to use. I love Deddy's recipes. The food taste delicious from the recipes I've tried. I'm like Deddy I don't measure I cook from the heart just like Deddy. Keep cooking brother you've really made a great cooking show.❤❤👍

Parchment paper and wax paper are not the same. Parchment ppr is meant for baking. Wax paper is not and will burn in the oven. I don't use aluminum foil that much but when I do, I am going to try wrapping the food in parchment first like Deddy just showed us. Good idea!!!!

I went out today and brought some red snapper for Easter Sunday. Made salted cod fritters for dinner too thank you for making me feel at home. I'm a Jamaican Puerto Rican always missing home😘

That is so beautifully demonstrated. I was saying but nothing much wont stuffed in the fish belly moreover i saw people done it and it usually be a very sml amount to hold in the fish belly But then i saw how you did it and it makes alot of sense you put sufficient and wrapped it so there would be enough filling to eat. Happy New Year 🎉! Thank you all for this channel. I've learned so much watching Deddy cook. I now use parchment paper instead of aluminum foil. I rinse my rice now (I just never thought to do it before) 🤷🏾♀️ and I also wash my meats with vinegar. Yes, I've noticed that he uses a lot of the same seasoning but anyone who cooks know each dish will still have it's own unique flavor. I've started using thyme and on my way to get some pimentos. I made the stuffed peppers and it was delicious (in Mommy's voice). I just love you all. God Bless and Peace and Love Always ❤️

One question though why Daddy didn't just used coconut oil like how he used coconut milk instead of Olive oil.
