I've read that fasting is good for lowering inflammation, it may have something to do with the autophagy process that is triggered during fasting. Regular extra virgin olive oil (in the diet) is great for reducing inflammation too.
@@Perfectvirgo ok, yeah fasting (anything from 12 hours, 24 48 72 hours) has so many health benefits. I notice odd pains reduce or go away during and after fasting. Plenty of how to videos on youtube (Dr Berg channel is good at explaining i've noticed). It also gives the digestion system a rest and helps resets the gut microbiome.
@@Perfectvirgo yeah, do some research first though (especially on what you can eat and drink during a fast so as not to break the fasting benefits, and also how to break the fast gradually so as not to undo all the good work), try a shorter fast first.

Thanks for the tips. I am also trying cherry juice plus good old fashioned ice and Ibuprofen.

@@bradford_shaun_murray Good information. I'll be giving it a try.

@@bradford_shaun_murray Sound advice. Luckily I am a life-long researcher.

Stop eating wheat bread and sugar. Eat lots of avocados. Worked for me within days.
