I’m charging $130 a night and $99 on one time cleaning fee. I think the price makes sense; however, I only received bookings on my first month and now the views completely dropped and no bookings. Any thoughts?

A gap night attracted a bad guest to me and he wrote a fake bad review I decreased from five stars to 4.5 and l am not visible no more booking and Airbnb refuse to delete it
We use gap nights to extend the stay for guests we already have booked! Was this experience maybe an orphan night booking? Would love more details on your experience, sorry you're experiencing that!

Have you also checked if any listing near your place if offering a better deal? It could be lower rates or an overall better “quality”…

i don’t get it, people plan their trips with flights and work, how are people just coming a day early and changing their flights
I think it could be that people are extending their trips and have flexible tickets or if they're driving it may make things a little simpler!
