Just discovered you a couple of days ago. Have gone and watched almost all of your videos from the past two months now. Excellent stuff! Fully agree on so many things, including (especially) the more controversial or outsider takes. Superb stuff. The 13 or so athletic directors and owners at the club should listen and give you a call.
Consistently agree on the coaching, on Mudryk (unfortunately), on Gusto (#1), on Jackson, on Fernandez, on Petrovic.
I'll give you one plus (aside from cementing Poch's exit): Experiences like this and seasons like this are humbling, and everyone benefits from becoming more humble. That goes for us fans, the players, the owners, etc. Everyone needs a good humbling from time to time, and everyone associated with Tesla is getting it this year.
I have never changed my thought. Pochettino is not good enough to be a chelsea coach, the board made a mistake not to sign players above 25 years of age and some players should not be playing for chelsea right now. Paul Winstanley and Lawrence Stewart should be the first people to be sacked. Pochettino then next.

It feels like the United loss... When we played them at Old Trafford. We came to a gun fight with plastic butter knives...We were playing with a ping of 629ms while attacking, everyone was frozen and ball watching. No movements.
Honestly... The last time I felt this way was in that our first EPL game against Man United in Old Trafford. The worst Chelsea games I've ever watched.

I am so done....and this is confirmed when I realized I missed the match because I forgot we were playing and this never happens...probably if I had this would be the game to finish me off....giving Chelsea a break until this team is sorted....mental health is key.

Our success was simple ....experienced players with a WINNER manager ....fair enough you want to go with young players ....its time to get us a WINNING manager ....Antonio Conte , Mourinho , Amorim , Tuchel , give the coach an experienced striker , sound medical team , Cech as sporting director.

The good, there are individual player performances that were decent... The bad, well there is alot... The setup was bad, and the individual errors showed this. If we had a system of playing, we wouldn't be feeling like we have 100 players out. Top coaches use systems, and the systems identity helps integrate players even when others are injured... All this shows is how poor the coaches ability is.
Individual brilliance can only take you so far, it can work against teams with a squad filled with less quality and a bad coach, but certainly not at the highest level of football.
Poor preparation from the coach and players, we were lost.
Coaches always talk about building momentum and continuity, but Poch seems to be avoiding that at all cost. And the price is points, player development and fan support. There's no direction from the coach, and it shows when the players are on the field.
The other bad was the players communication and leadership. Once the 2nd half started, whatever the team talk was, it was one hell of a team talk. I know that we always play trashy in the second half, but boy ow boy we were in the pits today.
We were lost, confused, shocked and scared in this game and nobody knew the answers from the coaching staff.
Congratulations to Arsenal for the win, and damn what a shocking scoreline. I wonder what Poch does during training, because wow!

As I can see for a very long time there wasn't no real coaching done to our players. Pochettino made all this great talented group of players a laughing stock. I am very very afraid Pochettino still next season with us.

Anyone could see that team was not going to work against Arsenal. Absolutely no way to generate any threat anywhere. No leadership or calm head. Why no Thiago Silva, especially with Gilchrist starting? Why not partnered with Trev since played well last game? Why Mudryk when we need players who can help control the ball and he is the opposite. Why no Carney? Why playing Enzo injured? It was all wrong honestly.
