I have a question, I hear lots of nutrition people talking about out eating this and that.. eating these nuts, veg, less or more carbs like you say eggs and high protein for breakfast etc.. But one thing we don’t hear much about is muesli, and fruit.. seems to be quite subject in sport.. yet it gives you a good long lasting breakfast.. especially with bananas and blueberries in the morning.. any thing been said from your nutrition coach’s on it.. If you are not a milk drinker family here have it with orange juice.. sounds gross but actually it’s really nice and just another fruit. But yeah what’s your take muesli and fruit in the mornings? Guess it would be part of the oat / protein session.. whenever you have it..
