That's up to the faculty, nutrition can only do so much, trust me I've taken dietetics at uni. Nutrition is important, but hard work, training and coaching is what makes champions, The thing is every team in the prem, has a top notch nutrition and catering service, so everyone is getting great food and fuel.
Yep,one of the slowest teams in premiership so it's obviously not working, change the menu to a Full English, pie dinner, few pints after training & a. Curry 😅
For an organization in the top flight of English football I was surprised there was so much emphasis on animal products and refined/process carbohydrates. There is a lot of scientific evidence extolling the benefits of a whole food plant based diet, not only for the general population but also for top rate athletes. Is Everton missing a vital component of player conditioning?
Meals based on whole vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains. Little processed foods such as pasta and breads. Little to no animal products, especially red meat or processed products such as sausage and bacon. If you have to have animal products choose fish such as salmon and oily fish. A Coleman consisting of pasta and cheese does not strike me as a healthy meal.
Start feeding the players quinoa MACCA powder SHILAJIT Lions Mane not only benefits to your health but your wellbeing and vitality. Plenty fruit carnivorous meals all this contributed towards muscle stamina and the ability to concentrate
could u imagine working for a team? that would be so cool and you could literally say you work in the premier league like- anyways much respect for the chefs for keeping our boys fed 💙🤍 utft

What a nice guy. He needs a raise.
I didn't realise how much went into their nutrition, and that they never have to cook for themselves at home.

Out of interest then what would you replace some of the meals with?

@@ianhunter741 so give me an example of how you would eat over a day?
No decent highlights to show us, so let's have a look what's happening in the kitchen.
Not wrong, but I rather like little "look-ins" like this. Show us some of the unsung heroes at the club.
Dito
Ashley Youngs Joshua King sander berge
Meanwhile I'm here putting some KFC down the hatch.
Great organisational chef but he's casting pearls before swine.
Get your boots on chef, you cant be any worse than Maupay.
방금, 리즈ㅡ레스터 비겼다 ㅋㅋㅋ
The Who.
SACK THE CHEFS
Great food this is probably the only thing at everton this is good and working well because thr rest off the club is rotten to the core
Shame we’re going down 😢
Shamefull!! Criminal!!
They feed the refs? Nah they don't deserve that after how they treat us
