You’re very right. I do not even bring up the villain in my review 😂 but I do wish they would have given more time to make them bigger threats. Either way I just had a good time with it 😂 maybe just right day and right moment. Great review 👏🏻👏🏻

Great Review, Sully! I had a blast with this one, having seen it twice up to this point in time. Sure, it's cartoony and over-the-top, but that's really what I wanted from this film and any project in the MonsterVerse.

Amazing review as always my friend! I am also a Kong guy so this was so fun to see, I would love more Godzilla but it is what it is. I though this was visually stunning and I left with my jaw to the ground... What lacks in this movie though is always the humans and also I agree with the villains being week but I didn't mind them too much. I really just had so fun with this movie and that's all I wanted for this movie.
Kong skull Island is the only one of these movies I've seen more than once. I'm not sure if a rewatch would change my opinion or not, but, as it stands right now, I think skull Island would be my favorite.

This one by far is superior to the 2021 film. It wasn't all over the place with the Monarch schlock

Skull Island was def the best movie in this series. Neither Godzilla vs Kong did it for me and this one is no different. Im simply not a fan of movie monsters fighting on screen. I only went to see this movie so I could review it and I dont have the energy to review it because it was terrible to me.

I didn’t care much for this. Godzilla being sidelined sucked.
The human characters in this movie are so pitifully conceived and portrayed that it completely derails the film. They're poorly written, with cringey dialogue, and the actors had no chance with the exceptionally lame material. And suspending reality to embrace the genre is one thing but a monster vet performing a dental implant? Come on! Like the visuals and titans fight sequences, which there are too few, but overall this film is 1.5 stars. Highly not recommended.
