I love the way you're unapologetic about God. Your locs are stunning. I just got my 4inch 4c hair sisterlocked last friday and our textures and looks are similar from when you first started. So I'm ecstatic to see what mine would look like at 2 and a half years. Yours have given me such hope and joy. And i also hope to colour mine the same colour as yours. I have 271 locs.

Cece, your hair and color are beautiful. Yes, I experienced the same after I colored my hair the 1st time. It doesn't really bother me but I do keep a close eye on them as far as the weak spots I was told by my loctician you can experience that throughout the life of your locs it could have come from an incorrect rotation or just the way your hair grows just keep an eye on that as well.

I am not a straight locs girl either. I don't have a lot of locs, so I like a good braidout/twist out or bantu knot curls. But I WILL COLOR CUZ I WILL NOT EMBRACE THE GRAY - NOT SORRY. I did do a quick end trim on my locs and look so much healthier/fuller. I'm enjoying following your journey. Your locs look amazing!

CeCe your locs color and length is so cute 🥰. I’m 28 months Sisterloc’d and I color my locs too. I get the bunching thick ends and I’ve cut the ends due to painful reties. I prefer the braid out or curled locs for fullness. My locs are fine thin low density. I love ❤️ 2 strand twist with Bantu knots wavy look!! Straight locs look nice on u.

    • @satchiebabe6052

Hi Ranella I have the thick ends and I used a crochet loc needle to thin them out. My loc even lengthened from the technique.

I got the bunching at the ends after coloring also. Ti got some cut off and others have thinned out over time. I was really upset about it at first. But I really wanted to color my hair. I have since colored again and have some bunching again 😔. Not as bad this time. I wanted highlights so braiding before coloring would not have worked. Your hair is really growing we’ll!

    • @CimplyCeCe

Thank you! 💕 it's not so bad now but I've since colored my hair a 3rd time. I braided and banded right after I shampooed and conditioned my sisterlocks and I didn't get it this time around at lease none I've noticed, but I'm very cautious about it now. 🙃
