Once you've reached the Swamp, you can go the Quarry and trap the villagers by dropping the boulder.

thanks but if u do it without the quest u dont get the achi... and im at granny now and she doesnt mentioning the villagers😵‍💫😵‍💫😰 videos dont talk about this little thing :D what now? (first run she talked now she doesnt)

If you don't kill the sow in chapter one the villagers will not be a problem so I think you need to start a new run to get the achivement.
