Gari is common in Africa especially West Africa Ghana to be precised and it is mostly prepared from Cassava. The special and economical food is common in must campuses in Ghana because of it economic wise that is cheap to afford.

​@@Omamajohny It is almost made the same way gari is made except instead of roasting the fermented cassava it is steamed. Just google it. There are many RUclipsrs that show how to make Attieke from scratch one of them is Sweet Ajele.
