Badminton China JUMP Footwork

  • One of the most used badminton footwork jumps is the China Jump, or some call it the side shuffle jump. The China jump is good in these situation where you can jump out fast and reach the shuttle early and high to put pressure on your opponents.

    Have you guys thought of running a Badminton Famly camp eg. a 1-week course? I live in the UK but have been thinking of visiting Denmark for some time - if I could do so and combine it with my love of badminton that would be even better ! Dan

      That a great ideas I been thinking the same maybe during England school half term ? I Would love to bring my son along to meet badminton family, visit Denmark and train badminton!!! I think you would get plenty of interests to do a camp week successfully. Let hope this happen!

    To Smash that's it difficult because I hit it that's not over Net often. How Should I edit my Smash? And it depends on my footsteps as well.

    Isnt china jump the thing where Carolina Marin got so badly injured? So I guess proper landing, with great stability, is very important

    Tye sue yung plays a very deceptive drop shots. In the commentary they said it is very difficult to execute the shot. Pls teach us about it. Pls!!!!!
