@@gregswickedfishing thanks heaps mate I'll check it out. Be cool to find some regularly. They aren't hard to catch they're bloody hard to find though haha
@@bradsfishing4614 sorry mate I thought you had commented under a different video. That link was for this vid lol. As mentioned in this vid I'm looking for large structure/wrecks that offers cave and overhangs close to the coastline. Cheers
Top shelf as always Greg, and merry Christmas I do have a soft spot for the old cockrods though, they're so bloody greedy for their size! Yet to be spiked by one though, which might change my opinion (I always keep a wet towel on board to handle them so I can avoid the spikes) I recently caught an 80cm snapper onna 2 hook snelled floater rig, and there on the top hook was a tiny little 7cm cockrod, that had obviously tried to steal the bait off the snapper -cheeky bugger!
look at the bait around you while your hooked up... such a good fishery, sydney is absolutely thrashed, will never recover. we use to have a great kingfish fishery
Outstanding footage that was taken. It is very interesting to see how lovely the jew fish look in the depths around the reef
