We were in South Australia a few years ago and trolling was one of the main methods they used if fishing from a boat, or like us, a kayak. Those southern calamari certainly pull! Another great video thanks Greg, and the reward is they are so tasty! I have tried the tow bag a fair bit like you do, and found that splitting the body open before towing cleans them up spot on. Thanks for sharing.
