The most important thing I learned about e-filing (in addition to EVERYTHING!) on The Nail Hub channel is to hold the bit parallel to the nail bed. I can actually e-file my cuticles and remove hard gel without ruining my nails.

I’ve learned not to fear the e-file from you. This has become my go to channel for nail education. Liz is on of the best educators on RUclips. These are some of the most in depth videos for public consumption. Little details like saying how far to put in the bit or remind us to stop rotations before switching can save your e-file and your nails!

I took a professional efile training course and can honestly say I learned more from watching your videos than I did from the course. I was afraid of dry manicures but by watching your tutorials and practicing on myself I now perform them competently and have won over almost all of my customers 😊

The most important thing I've learnt is pressure. I was always terrified to use my e file at a higher speed, but as soon as I tried it at a higher speed and less pressure, it was so much easier and effective at removing product😁

I am a diy and I learnt from your channel a lot of things in general about nails, and of course, also about e-filing. Probably the thing that has helped me the most is your insistence in not pressing the e-file against the nail and let the bit do all the work. I know it's pretty basic but not everybody remarks that and sometimes it looks like nail techs are using the efile as a chainsaw and it made a real difference for me! Barely any notches now! Also, I think AliExpress Sellers started to make references about the torque in their products thanks to you hahahahaha nobody knew what it was before (probably they don't know it now but I bet people started asking about it and that's why they say theirs have a good torque now hahaha)

I've learned so much about not only e filing but anytime I have any doubt or questions I come to your channel time and time again for refreshing what I've learned and answering questions I may have or any trroubleshooting I run into.. Im glad I had your videos in my Arsenal before I bought the e file I currently have.. I learned from you that you get what you pay for and im glad I spent sone money on the unit I currently have.. I have a melody susie file but after 2 years the connections are loosening and has to be sitting just so or it temds to lose power.. I also am glad you hit on the importance of a higher rpm rather than using pressure to achieve a smooth proper removal and shaping experience.. Keep up the videos.. I love having your vids for at home viewing at my fingertips and adding another great source for continueing my education... Thank you for all you do!!!!

Also, super specific though, the RPM vs Torque helped clarify so much for me. Especially while I was shopping for one

I love that you show all ranges of products! I am just starting out and learning about E-files as well, so this is a perfect video for me. I did not know that the RPM's actually don't have anything to do with the torque. Everyone always says you have to have the 30,000 RPM machine. I'm sure it is best to have them, but I didn't know that it's okay to have something that has a bit less RPM's and still be able to do a good job.
Thank you Liz for all your shared knowledge!

I love how you explain every details, even the little ones according to the actual topic. The most important thing is, that I was completely afraid of e-filing before. I was afraid of ruining the natural nail plate, just because there was a powerful machine in my hand with a teethy metal stuff or a sanding bit spinning at the end of it. I got really-really nervous so I always chose the handfiling which was tiring and long. The way I am confident in e-filing now was a challenge but thanks to your videos I was able to learn every details of not ruining the natural nail, I was even able to learn how to shape correctly and I'm not afraid of the cuticle work and even from dry manicuring anymore. I just wanted to say thank you for being this enthusiastic in educating people, thank you for your time and for those explanations and professional details which have clearly made me able to rise above my fears of e-filing. So what I have learned from your e-filing videos (and from all of your videos as well) ? Basically everything. Thank you.

I have been doing nails for three years now and since you started this series I have been watching. Even tho some things I already knew I watched and end up learning even more. From e-filing specifically I learn how to NOT make pressure with the bit. The biggest thing I’ve learnt from you about the e-file is :NOT TO BE SCARED OF IT!
As a nail tech that has worked with regular hand files for years, you’ve educated me that damaged nails are not from e files but from the person using the e-file!
With your videos, I’ve slowly but surely grown to be comfortable worth the e-file. Not only has it saved my wrists but also so much time!
Please keep doing what you’re doing.
    Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Hey Liz! I've learned that e-filing doesn't have to be so complicated. Just from watching your videos, even though I'd like to think I'm an experienced Tech myself, I've learned so much from your videos because it just shows that we don't have to approach e-filing thinking that it's super complicated or that I'm going to hurt myself. If we approach it with confidence and know that it's actually really easy and simple, we really don't have anything to worry about. I also really like how you've shown all of us the different BUFFER bits that we can use for the SKIN (or Mainly the skin.) I didn't really think about those bits. Like the buffer bits for the cuticle area that help get rid of the excess skin on the actual cuticle and side walls. I would have never thought to do that and my clients' Nails are looking so much better because everything just looks more put together and clean. They have also helped with lifting issues because my prep work is cleaner and I'm really taking the time to get all of that non-livng tissue out of there before application without using those unnecessary softener formulas that can actually CAUSE lifting problems. It's been a game changer for me. 💚

Everything I know about efiling I've learned from the Nail Hub, but the best tip I learned is to keep the bit parallel to the nail plate. That was definitely a game changer.

I am a proffession nail tech in upstate n.y & i am always nervous about efiles i purchase but watching your in depth videos about efiling is always so helpful! Your details on torque & the appropriate uses with efiling in general has been so informative. I trust your judgment enough to make certain leaps & bounds with my decisions on purchasing efiles & you give me even more confidence in my work as a nail for 6 yrs now. I learned not to use pressure when e-filing. The difference in pressure is very important because it could damage the nail plate! Love the video, thanks! Good luck to everyone that participates!!🙃

Hi liz! I discovered your channel just a few days ago, but I think I've already seen most of your videos, I love how you explain everything and at the same time how you make everything so interesting, even the things I already know. One of the things that I learned about e file from you is how you need to move your clients hand in order to remove product and how you need to move your e file around the cuticle area, and that you actually don't need that much pressure on the nail.

Thanks again for another informative and relevant video. I love that you helped show the RPM is not the only important info to know about an e-file when deciding what to purchase! Would love to win this e-file!

I never knew anything about e-filing until I met you Liz!! I learned a few things the speed you can use to remove polish, also when storing to have It dust free with the center post inside it and the part you hold is the main device.

What I learned most from this video. Is to not focus on rpm and to look more at the torque. Also the angle on the bit is something you should look closely at.

I have learned alot. I have never used an efile before so this was a very valuable video. I had looked at one of these in Cospro but didn't get it because I was unsure about its performance. Now I can purchased this with confidence, if I am not the winner of this one, lol.

I learnt how to control pressure while using an e-file. I use to be so scared when I was new to it that my hands would be shaking. You gave me more confidence. I learnt how to control pressure, how to file in the appropriate directions properly, choosing the right bits and how to care for my unit. Thank you so much. You're a fantastic teacher.

I learned just about everything I now know about e-filing from this channel, especially that torque is an important factor in the machine's performance. I just wish more companies could mention their torque in their advertising, or at least product info.
