Hey Carl, looking forward to this new series. I’ve recently gone through your last one and it’s actually working! I even made been experimenting with Shortcuts and have a shortcut that triggers the whole 2+8 script that puts your answers into the appropriate lists in Reminders! Happy to share if you would find that helpful for folks 😊

Carl: I am experimenting with using the "sort" by priority function in lists so I can physically bring to the top of each list the more pressing goals. Still do not have my arms around it al yet but LOVE the fact you can manually sort lists too. I believe this will help me better "prioritize" what I need to get done in each different discreet project. I am quite surprised that I find myself now using "apple reminders" for projects a lot more than "apple notes." My notes are becoming more of the intense archives and outlines of projects too. I am sure you will find even better ways to do all of this 😊

@@Carl_Pullein Carl: Just noticed something too. Of course, you can auto-rank reminders by priority, BUT then on top of that, you can further manually "move around" even the same priority-level tasks, for even further more refined prioritization ! This app is amazing ❤

Not that I am aware of. All you need to do is check it off the next day. It won't change anything in your system.

Hi Carl, another great video. I need to create a monthly to do list of 14 tasks. I will be checking items off as i complete them throughout the month. I guess you could call it a rolling to do list, which on any given day will show my completed tasks, on the list, from previous days in the month, as well as the tasks which are still outstanding. Is this possible in reminders? Any help appreciated.
