    That red and black one was amazing. I’d love to see more of these colours together. I love how you show the cells popping up once they rest. You just totally rock my sweet friend ❤

    I can't wait to look at the other videos you have posted. You are a really good teacher. You are encouraging me to give this a try. I have been holding back on trying because of the expense of the paint. Thank you

    Yay! The exact video I've been looking for... In fact I just bought some of their other opaques for the purpose of trying this, and with the glue too!
    (Think I'll be watching this first for tips now. Paint is soo darn expensive!)
    Thanks for trying this and sharing your results with us. Very much appreciated!
    Bless you Garrick 🙏 😄

    I've been using your recipe, with a little more water, and the results are great. I've never used the Aussie flo, so can't compare with that. I've used other things that also worked. This is easy and so far dependable for good results. Thank You 💖

    Another great video. I've had excellent results using your recipe with windsor and newton sap green, prussian blue and raw umber. Thanks for sharing!

    Thank you for sharing. I also like to use different colors for CA. Amsterdam always works but other brands are ok too but sometimes not every color. Thank you for your experiment with glue CA. I need to practice this more. This is good for everyone to know.

    Thankyou for being you. I wonder if could have got more cells if you had blown straight down and then out. Or after the center came back, use a straw and blow in the center.
    They are all super nice. The cells are cool, I kinda like them better. So round

    Great video thankyou ❤ I tried Liquitex Titanium White as a CA and got teeny baby cells!?

    • @GarrickBrownArtStudio
      @GarrickBrownArtStudio  8 месяцев назад +1

      I don't use Liquitex much but I get small ones too sometime using my glue ca. Maybe I should do an experiment testing the different whites.

      @@GarrickBrownArtStudio I think that would be a great test! I have tried off brands & the lacing & cells look good at first, but they don't keep as it dries. I've tried Hippie Crafter, Needed & I think Creative Inspirations? I appreciate your videos!☺️

    Is it really necessary to use such a thick base? It seems like it would blow out better with a thinner base? Yes? No?

    • @GarrickBrownArtStudio
      @GarrickBrownArtStudio  8 месяцев назад +2

      For me it is what I desire and helps me to produce the results I want. Thinner bases do work but the outcome will look different. I have a old video on my channel about this around 2022 I think.

    So if I use an acrylic that's not Amsterdam, will it still work the same for cells?

    Ciao Garrick ! Grazie per i tuoi esperimenti, te ne sono molto grata! Ho un grande problema con la pillow paint perchè nel mio paese non trovo una vernice di base idonea alla tecnica bloom di Shelee. Puoi aiutarmi ? Un grande saluto dalla Toscana (Italia) !!!!! ❤

    Why just Amsterdam paint, what so special about this paint. Just starting out some of us can't afford the cost. Is there an alternative paint we can use

    • @GarrickBrownArtStudio

      I am experimenting with other brands. Hope to make a video on that soon.

  • @robertkat

      You also weren't listening when I stated that I am currently testing other brands and will do a followup video on this in the future... I spend hours conducting research because I enjoy it and love to give empower folks on their art journey. Also if you are broke just say that instead. Thanks!
