What a watch. This is what is going to get me into a CW. Looks stunning in absolutely every respect. No date, great case design, good incredible dial texture, blocks of lume, attractive colours. Wow.
Happily worn my 2nd gen orange bezel trident for years, with no real desire to get another... That changed today I think. Now it's do I get the orange dial as a counterpart or just get that beautiful blue dial....
That orange one is absolutely stunning! Hoping this is a big seller for you. It's a bit outside what I feel comfortable paying for a single watch, but if you decide to bring this in steel without COSC, I will definitely be very likely to pick it up. My C60 Atoll in reef blue needs a brighter companion. 😁
I almost bought one, but then I realized it didn’t have a date. I use a date on my watch every day, multiple times a day. I don’t buy any watches without dates.
@@8AMG yep. I have to write notes, maybe 50-100 notes, and I have a bunch of other stuff always going on, and everything needs my signature and a date. I have a habit of looking at my watch for that. I could use my phone but half the time it is not on me. It’s just convenience for me. I do have several no date watches that I sometimes wear on the weekends, but in general, I won’t buy no date watches anymore.
Beautiful, really beautiful but not significantly different enough from my amazing Atoll 300 (Reef Blue) to buy one and I am in the market for a watch for my big birthday. Please remember your customer base (I’m definitely a CW fanboy) when deciding upon your pricing strategy- we’re now in Oris/Longines land. I would like to see the plain white sand Dune with a COSC certification and a consort bracelet.
I do like the watch and has my attention. Don’t really need titanium. Most don’t really need 300m and helium escape valve. Make this 39mm with same movement in brushed steel, 200m/300m, 20mm lugs and reduce price accordingly. Personally would like a 6 o’clock date but can live without. Would sell like hot cakes CW 👍
Lovely! The orange dial really appeals to me. I purchased my first Christopher Ward a few months ago, a Bel Canto in purple. It’s stunning. The workmanship and design are excellent and it has exceeded all my expectations.
@@TheNimbleNomad If I were choosing between this and a Pelagos, I’m pretty sure _I_ would go for the CW. (An orange dial one is sitting in my shopping cart now, in fact. 😂) I also own a Tudor BB GMT, which I love, so I don’t think I’m biased either way. I think both Tudor and CW offer excellent value, but in different ways. The Tudor has an in-house movement compared to CW’s Sellita, which though a great movement, isn’t in-house. Tudor also has a long heritage. But for me the CW wins here with a thickness 2mm less (!) than the Tudor Pelagos plus the unique hands and markers which I think are stunning. Both brands do a great job with the case polishing. If this were a GMT it might be a different story, as I prefer the Tudor’s GMT functionality (with the independent hour hand) to the Sellita GMT’s. But this is a diver style watch, so that’s not an issue. Good luck!
Love this! But $3.200 CAD in grade 2 titanium with an SW300??? Do a stainless steel version with the SW200 for around $2K CAD and maybe I’ll get one. You fixed my biggest gripe with the current trident: too many numbers on the ceramic bezel insert.
Absolutely brilliant…literally! I actually think you listened to my comments in a survey-41mm titanium diver-perfection!! The innovation at CW is simply amazing and this watch blows the Seamaster and Pelagos out of the water…again literally! Honestly, for this watch’s intended purpose you have knocked it out of the park. 100% tool watch, 100% innovative, 100% contemporary, and gorgeous. Love the use of the Sellita 300 for slimness AND that it is chronometer certified. And, you read my mind with the bezel insert by eliminating the 15 second hash marks for a well balanced aesthetic. Every consideration is applauded-not one complaint…because for this watch and what it aims to be CW did it right. 🙌 🙏🏼
@@fernandoleon9678 Maybe. I think if CW had these Metas tested they would exceed expectations. However, maybe they should have gone with quartz to completely blow Omega’s bloated dive watches out of the water…takes care of all the Metas movement tests and they would be even thinner than with that lovely Sellita 300.
I must be the only one that doesn't get this watch..for me the dial looks clumsy and almost toy like and reminds me something that fisher priced used to do in the 70s and 80s lol
Literally 15 minutes ago I was complaining about the pricing, but after thinking about it I do find the pricing to be fair. Great release. Just took me a while to come to terms with the damage.
Nice, except for the gimmicky helium release valve. By now , noone is fooled and know there's no helium in h2o, no matter how deep you go. Helium only gets inside if you are one of a handful of people that work as a saturation diver, living (above the water) in a self-contained helium-enriched vessel (particles are tiny and can pass seals). For CW customers, in reality, just an unwanted case perforation, best avoided
"Twice as luminous as any previous Trident" - not really an achievement, Christopher Ward lume is typically quite abysmal. Although I appreciate Mike France wouldn't say "Now almost as luminous as it always should have been."!
I see CW has discovered Lumicast. They're a little late to the party. I just received my Zelos Thresher Worldtimer with the mother of pearl dial, and it has Lumicast numerals and enough BGW9 to light up a room at night. And the best part it was only $649. Way cheaper than the CW C60. I have the C60 Atoll Shark White from CW and it's a looker I must say. But the sad reality is that I will NEVER give CW anymore of my money. Their customer service is just horrible when something goes wrong like it did in my case on that C60 Atoll. As a business that only sells online you would think that their customer service would be top notch with the right people in the right positions that suit them, but CW is not that at all. A company to me isn't about the products they carry or sell, but all about the experience and customer service. You can have an amazing product, but if customer service is not up to par then its makes the product worthless!
I think it is the best logo for the brand. Ways better than the CW logos before. Also nice idea to integrate into backside of straps and dials like the twelve.
What a watch. This is what is going to get me into a CW. Looks stunning in absolutely every respect. No date, great case design, good incredible dial texture, blocks of lume, attractive colours. Wow.
I own one ...stunning watches
The grey one is to die for. Definitely on my list.
That is simply. Brilliant! Drop dead gorgeous
It's always wonderful and refreshing to see a basic design that works. Offer it in morr size options and this will be a perpetual classic.
Fantastic guys. Yet again.
Extremely impressive rendition. This diver is gonna kick ass.
Out of the park ...gorgeous
Outstanding
Looks stunning such a smart looking watch. Would like to see a version where u use numbered numerals instead of markers.
Christopher Ward không bao giờ làm chúng ta thất vọng
Saving up for that grey one!
This is really beautiful.
Fantastic, I would love to see one-colour dial in the future. Cheers!
That is indeed very luminous...
Great looking watch
Nice, love the black/grey dial one.
Love it. Need to consider longer finance packages

Will there be a 38mm version? If you do, I'll buy 2!
Fab_u_lous. Hopefully a Black version will be with me tomorrow.
That thick luminous mass at the end of the seconds hand must have posed quite some challenges
What an amazing piece! Smashed it out the park with this
Lovely watch, so many plus points. My only question is why so thin? This is a dive watch and a tool watch so should be a bit 'chunky'.
I really dislike thick watches. Love the thinness of this watch. Only mu personal preference though

Keep COSC and selita 300 but brushed steel 39 🙏👌
Is the quick adjust coming to the Bader bracelet of the regular C60 Trident 300m?
Christopher ward you gave to many options to pick from❤ absolutely gorgeous watches
Beautiful watch as always i love so many pieces but you make them too small.. preferably 44mm please minimum 42mm ❤
What about a lumiere super compressor mashup?
Beauty. Lug to lug?
Fck yes CW. Fck yes.
Dear Christopher Ward
1.LUME brigh how long hour?
2.C60 LUME VS MM300(SLA023) LUME who brighter and longer ?
Make in 39 please 😘
I like! 👍🏼
How much does it cost?
I pretty much want it.
39 will be mine
How long does the glow last?
fark!ng luv it
Ch Ward is kicking ass with this lume monster.
Can't go wrong with CW.
Love it! What material is used for bezel?
I wanted the black/grey dial but now I've seen the blue graduated...
Stunning and yet I don't like the degradeé dial
Also let the customers say what's the most beautiful tool watch
Muito bonito 👏
Date please !
Fantastic watch but please make a 38mm version with a lug to lug no greater than 45mm!
That orange dial look good enough to eat haha! This looks superb. Well done CW!

For that price I get a real pelagos 39
This CW diver is very well made I wish this was a 43 or 44mm that would for me be a winner with a white dial but at 41mm i wouldn't buy one
Nobody needs a 43 or 44mm watch. If you think 41mm looks small on your wrist you're wrong. It's that simple.
Please make a Sealander with that Lume
I love love love this watch, but I need a date.....
Have you tried Grindr?
Ordered. I hope early September doesn't mean the end of September...
Okay, I know what to buy next 😊
🍊 diver !
Applied all luminous index...
M'y Heart juste skipped a beat

Another banger fellas!
Great.... Where's the GMT?
Johnathan Ive creating a watch brand?

I'm already doing the maths to decide whether it might be my next watch 😂
absolutely stunning!
Good idea! It was a good run but the Bond franchise needs to move on from Omega
For the love of god give us some 38mm watches for the small wristed

You like lume, we got CHUNKS OF LUME BABY! LOL I
Wow

How about a full glass dial injected with tritium gas, that would even impress the creatures at the bottom of the Mariana trench 🟢
