Ashton, thanks for inspiring me to get back to my 20's and 30's shape. I let myself go in my mid 40's, and struggled through some injuries. I got lazy and began to let myself go. My wife became concerned about my health. I am turning 52 on February 7th of this year(2024), and about 4 1/2 months ago, I began watching your videos. I continued my fitness journey. It's crazy that I have been into fitness and sports for most of my life, and I know I had to do something. Thanks to you, I have been inspired to make a comeback. Instead of croutons, have you thought about beans? I usually boil up garbanzo or black beans (not canned). They don't need salt, and add them to a salad. For dressing I do evoo, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and a little bit of hot sauce.

I do 20 minutes on the stairs. 1 mile under 10 minutes on the treadmill, 200 jump ropes into 10 push-up burpees right into a 1 minute plank. I do 3 sets of the jump rope, burpees, plank. That’s my lose weight workout.

Love these food related videos, can you provide your rough macros in the next video. It seems like your total macros would be pretty low eating what you showed. Wouldn’t that slow down your metabolism if your doing it consistently?

When you engage two a day (morning cardio & weight training), do you mostly really on pre-workout to get you through the second half of your day? I find times when I would need a little bit of healthy carbs to help push me through my workouts. or does your body eventually adapt and get used to going on with hardly any carbs?
hey ash, absolutely love the meal prep here you just had. i’m currently 17 and tryna cut for summer and I was wondering if it’s okay for us at this age to cut our carbs? would that make our energy levels drop and stunt our growth? thanks man 🙏
Probably don’t want to do that especially being so young. Just eat clean increase activity extra walks/cardio and go to sleep early

Hey Ashton, guess what. You can thrive and be, stay and get shredded like this without harming others too! :D If you are against animal abuse, (Which I know you are. Sociopaths excluded.) if you are against animal abuse, the way to start living in alignment with your own morals and values of being nonviolent towards others, is to eat plantbased. If you care at all about the well-being of others and not causing them harm, Look up vegan top athletes and bodybuilders. There are so so many. Look up Torre Washington for example, vegan for over 25 years. World record holding strongman Patrik Baboumian. Just 2 examples. Of course there many many more. Much love ❤️
