Dam,it I am sore from doing your squats but my legs are stronger, I just have to be more consistent about hitting the gym. My younger workout buddy taught me about drop sets so please “Mr. Human Freight Train” just continue with your videos 😅

Also, I’m trying to bulk up, is going heavy with 12-15 reps the key, OR going medium with high reps the key? Also I’ve had seven back surgeries with a medical device in my back, what’s the best back workout without hurting my back but making it tone?
Guys, how many exercies do you suggest to do for one muscle group, when I do split (back + biceps, chest + triceps, legs + shoulders)? I am working out for one year now.
By the way, please make a video where you run for a full 200 meters Ashton Hall, a full 200 meters and learn to relax and don’t tighten up at the end just remind calm and smooth. I like your running motion, suggestion when you run don,t ball your fist up keep an open hand relax and stretch your stride thus maintaining the circular motion of your legs, just like a locomotive ,s wheels keep that style of running!! Stay smooth 😂😂😂😂😂😂!
