Great video. Come one come all. Kudos for letting the guy come in and join. You could have told him to go away, rather you welcomed him. Awesome stuff.
Thanks bro! 🙏🏾
In the military those push ups count as a rep during PT. All you have to do is break 90 degrees with your elbows, that’s why he doing that.
Wait what? How you figure this he's not going full range of motion. He's too big.
@@deantorres760 cause I was also in the military. It’s a fact, not saying I agree with his range of motion cause I don’t even do them like that. But in military PT his push ups will count. That’s my point
No the fk they won't. What military you talking about, lol? Unless the standards change since I served.. you had to go all the way down and all the way up. None of those would count unless the PT instructors didn't care.
@@Mansa_Musa. U.S. Navy 2017 bruh. Regardless, I go all the way down anyway. Just explaining those regulations of breaking 90 degrees with your elbows. It’s a fact whether you want to believe it or not.
@@mjovercomeAnd after doing such a pathetic excuse for a legitimate push-up, you were dishonorably discharged. Like a woman's bodily fluid. 😂

That is where the weights is! Venice Beach really don't have weights like Gold's. Only for the light pump up to stand on the stage.

big guy reps are not full push up

Coming from the tiny guy!
Fast twitch fibers activated better when you don’t do full range learn something from og I thought his curls was ass but had to research he actually doing them the way it’s recommended for better results
The more you put pressure the more you feel the Pump more in your chest

@@americafirstbitches that is also able with 75% reps.
But this is not even a push up worthy. Or my record is 300++
Bro, that Chef is all.juuced up.on roids!!😅😊

I got confused by the edits. Whats exactly is the workout? Can someone please break it down? Thanks in advanced.
All the range of motion police are in the comments lol people that really train kno how to hit the sweet spot. Range of motion criticizing is the sign of a gym novice. They "think" they kno what they're talking about
Facts and they hit your chest and arms at the same time
I love them.
OK, I guess you guys are not big on HIT like Mentzer/Yates….thoughts ?
I’m 61 and switched to HIT A couple months ago and seeing gains every time I hit the gym. I feel like it also limits my chance of injury. Thoughts ?
I love HIIT, I do a lot of follow alongs on this channel. Im not going to say it limits chance of injury but it definitely keeps you more durable. I will start doing them again once a week.
HIIT is good also I think personally that, it also depends on how your individual body responds to various types of stimuli, high volume, partial reps (those are the half reps some were talking about), descending sets, pyramid sets etc..
@@soldierforchrist3727
Agree.
I do drop sets, negatives, and rest/pause to push beyond failure.
@therehastobesomethingmoore I going to reach and say I think it does lessen the chance of injury due to the fact that overtraining is limited with that regiment, according to Mike Mentzer, the preceding sets are warming your joints and muscles for that final heavy set of 8-12 reps if I'm correct
@@soldierforchrist3727
Yes, a couple warm up sets and then 6-10 to failure and beyond. I do rest/pause, negatives, and drop sets to push past failure.
I have been doing HIT for almost 3 months and absolutely love it. I have never experienced gains like this, I have way more time for other interests, and my 61 year old joints feel much better not doing volume workouts.
You guys take a day off for recover ??
So! Is this some type of Weird bodybuilding Boy Band??? A lot of show but little efficiency. Here is an Arm Workout for you... 1- (hammer curls 4 sets). 2- (Skull crushers with dumbbells 4 sets). 3- ( Cable rear delts 3 sets.). 4- (Side delts with cables 3 sets.) 5- (forearm curls with dumbbells 3 sets). The end
Trust me I know how to workout, this was just something different.
Working out isn't just a straight line buddy, gotta make it interesting and fun
@@moregainsmorehs LOL
If I want to have fun, I go to my local them park or out with friends. When I go to any gym, I go there, get my gains and out. @@moregainsmorehs
Facts. This is very different. @@JoshBailey4
Hi josh I’m a big fan watching from the Gambia west Africa I have been training raw no supplement for over 8years do you think supplements like protein powder is a necessity
