I just started workout. But just body weight for now. I weigh 65kg and my diet isn't that good either, but there isn't much I can do about it for now. I workout 3 times a week, full body workout. I track by progress on my RUclips channel also. What I am focusing on at the moment, is building the discipline. Your take please!

People usually do shoulders in their push day because your already working a good amount of shoulders when doing pressing movements
