Try getting in 2 protein shakes a day then, then you can do 1-2 meals a day. It’s not ideal but it will help you get your protein goal at least & it is cheaper than doing 3 meals a day.

Once that pre workout kicks in, I feel like the hulk. I take one scoop because 2 scoops gave me irregular heat beat when I first started taking it as directed. I have been out of the gym for some months letting my rotator cuff get better but I’m back working out now!!

If I was rich enough. I would eat protein powder only; breakfast, lunch and supper. Maybe supplement with fruits and vegetables (cooked in oil or butter of course) . No carbs.

Your fruit intake is enough fiber alone to digest your meat consumption..or atleast it is for me..i eat vegetables but not always and i dont often notice any difference digestion wise..as long as im drinking enough water and eating enuff fruits 😊

I used to get cramps just like you during abs, try taking magnesium glycinate ! It completely cured my cramps.
