    I'm just happy to see a full RUclips video. So many people, specifically black men, miss out on documenting their life with normal RUclips content that shows their personality or showcases their life. As a proud black man myself, I am alway encouraged to hear from other black men, their triumphs, their struggles, how they made it through. My hope is to encourage everyone to keep sharing their testimonies... that will help others to keep working hard.

      Try getting in 2 protein shakes a day then, then you can do 1-2 meals a day. It’s not ideal but it will help you get your protein goal at least & it is cheaper than doing 3 meals a day.

    Once that pre workout kicks in, I feel like the hulk. I take one scoop because 2 scoops gave me irregular heat beat when I first started taking it as directed. I have been out of the gym for some months letting my rotator cuff get better but I’m back working out now!!

    I used to get cramps just like you during abs, try taking magnesium glycinate ! It completely cured my cramps.

    Hearing you say you prioritize getting in 200-220 grams of protein a day definitely motivated me to do the same. Even if I miss a meal I can do a shake

    Those ab cramps are annoying. This is why I don't do much ab training in the gym, if anything I do them more at home.
    Getting it at the gym ends the all sessions for me lol 😂

    If I was rich enough. I would eat protein powder only; breakfast, lunch and supper.
    Maybe supplement with fruits and vegetables (cooked in oil or butter of course) . No carbs.

    Your fruit intake is enough fiber alone to digest your meat consumption..or atleast it is for me..i eat vegetables but not always and i dont often notice any difference digestion wise..as long as im drinking enough water and eating enuff fruits 😊

    Right on my bro, thnx so much for ya vids and ya help. Yeah Im 46 years old I been lifting every since I was a teenager but for some reason I go strong for about 6 months then plateau and stop. Working a lot of hours doesn't help either but to the point no to say eff working and time to really focus on my self and own health so yeah.... I also followed you bro.     Carbs should be based off of how much cardio you have done..usually the day after I play hockey is my most carb consumption day

    I just watch your video just like your recent video it’s picture perfect beautiful vivid color I love it and start with a a nutrition shake before going to the gym. As I begin to watching your videos I really push myself to get back on track for better game changing when it comes to better health I’m seeing my willpower increasing but stay focused keep that mindset even if I see and feel I’m easing off course I stop meditate think and focus on continuing building structure along with my nutrition, and working out And I say I Love it 🥰 thank Love you ❤. I have to gave it to you 👍🏽 in this work at the gym you keep going in your workout even though you were catching a cramp you kept going until it was enough that you could do I was feeling for on that but you defeated it as much as you could.
