What's the training split
Try getting in 2 protein shakes a day then, then you can do 1-2 meals a day. It’s not ideal but it will help you get your protein goal at least & it is cheaper than doing 3 meals a day.
Just use protein powder and veggies.

Once that pre workout kicks in, I feel like the hulk. I take one scoop because 2 scoops gave me irregular heat beat when I first started taking it as directed. I have been out of the gym for some months letting my rotator cuff get better but I’m back working out now!!

Those ab cramps are annoying. This is why I don't do much ab training in the gym, if anything I do them more at home.

Right on my bro, thnx so much for ya vids and ya help. Yeah Im 46 years old I been lifting every since I was a teenager but for some reason I go strong for about 6 months then plateau and stop. Working a lot of hours doesn't help either but to the point no to say eff working and time to really focus on my self and own health so yeah.... I also followed you bro. But never really focused on my macro intake so definitely going to try that. Preciate ya again
