What is your strength on pull-ups and rows. I was really impressed with your back development. How many strict pull-ups would you say is needed to have good lat development. I can do 10 at 80kg

I can do over 1bw for seal rows with max rom In the past i've done 50kg strict pull ups for 3 to 5 reps? I wish I can find the video. Now I am building it back up
