Dee being real life married to Mac and telling him that she’s not finding him physically attractive is the most “Always Sunny” moment I’ve ever heard

This is what I came to the comment section for
Yea she's busted for real.
Shut up, bird! Always chirping in my ear, flapping around, eating seeds and stuff.
I wonder if he is joking about Kaitlyn saying he was unattractive... how incredibly offensive
Love the fact that he pointed out he had a ridiculous advantage, because he's rich!
Better than virtue signaling.
I'm not insecure anyways.
I think in a previous interview he said that fox/fx or whoever paid for it. I have more respect for him cause he built his empire. He put in all the work. Well deserved.

I sat next to Rob at two World Series games in Philly back in 2010. Played it cool the first game despite being a huge ASIP fan. Second game, my girlfriend at the time, doing the one cool thing she ever did for me, broke the ice on my fandom. He thought it was really cool that I didn’t fan boy out. We ended up hanging out that night and keeping in touch a bit after. He is one of the all time nicest guys ever.
Didn’t think it was possible for me to like him more
That would’ve had to be either 2008 or 2009, the Phillies weren’t in the World Series in 2010.
Train like a celebrity
Step 1: Be rich enough to have a personal trainer and chef.
It would be cool to live in the wilderness though. Hunt your own protein, it will make you look jacked.
And use gears and have a medical professional on standby to monitor your health
Step 2: get on the sauce
And some roids
and take PEDs
Who would have guessed that drinking a gallon of ice cream isn’t the best idea to maintain a healthy body composition!? Funny dude

At least he owns it and is like "I'm famous and rich enough to have a badass trainer and a chef at my disposal". But at the same time pretty much saying you have to put in the work.

Sunny and Mythic Quest are the best shows on TV. Rob’s bluntness and wit bring so much to his writing and his characters. I hope he keeps working for a long time.

I want to see a jacked Danny devito now
It would be so easy for him to get muscular, at his height he could have less muscle then this guy yet look way bigger. Though for his age I think it’s too late.

I think the best advice that I receive from watching this was to not drink a gallon of ice cream a day lmao
I've been working out for about 2 and a half months I started up with almost no muscle and could barely bench 10kg for 10 reps
Yesterday I just did 45kg for 12 reps it's such a good feeling to see progress
Keep at it!
More squats for the thots!
It’s been a year bro, how’s the progress going?
Such a peoples champ, "most important bit of advice, I'm rich" Real recognizes real and I respect his clarity and honesty. you have to be creative, flexible, and dynamic to your fitness regiment because you don't have the insane advantage these celebrities that give advice have, but it shouldnt discredit them. its still amazing progress.
I cant wait for his break through action super hero movie role. It's coming.
I think he tried to audition for Starlord in Guardians of the Galaxy if I recall. Didn't get it lol but I agree with you.
@Bobby Mercer
yeah it was Glenn Howerton (who plays Dennis) that allegedly was the runner up for Starlord
He is so dedicated. Getting fat, I mean building mass, for the show was just will and it was hilarious.
He stopped cultivating and began harvesting the MASS!
He looks like a tiny Ben Affleck. Like if Ben Affleck and Matt Damon finally figured out how to have a son together.
He looks like the opposite of that.
I appreciate how open he is about how it isn't easy to maintain that level of physicality. I think in a world of people making excuses for poor health we go too far in the opposite direction and set unrealistic expectations for everyone.
Great insight, you don't have to have a cover worthy body to be healthy
Damn, never seen a Smith machine like that. ALL SMITH MACHINES IN AMERICA NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH THOSE KINDS IMMEDIATELY

Literally character developing/building.
Probs one of the rare few who openly admit to test use in the acting world. Good on him for detailing his advantages too. Solid dude 👊🏿
Where'd he admit it? I feel like he implied it with the whole "supplement advantage" thing but has he actually come out and said he's on TRT? It's pretty obvious from the season where he got super shredded.

This guy is an absolute legend. Gains weight for comedic affect and and then gets shredded for comedic affect while also keeping to the Mac dude-bro character.
Those weight totals on the bench aren’t correct. That smith bar doesn’t weigh near 45lbs. Just look at how easy it was for him to manipulate the empty bar.
I actually wanted to see the workout aaron had him doing to get in shape. The whole workout program.
Love the Wrexham cap
Hes an owner of the club now along with Ryan Reynolds if you didn't know.
FYI, a smith machines barbell is usually only 15 pounds instead of the standard 45 pound barbell bar. So he didn’t really bench 345, it was more like 300... which is still really impressive.
I’m glad someone pointed this out, because I was about to say the exact same thing.
Lol smith machine is a joke you can lift way way way more on there than free weights. No chance he can even bench 315 for one free

2222 push ups a day with 2 hours of sleep

Doesn’t look like roids at all. Shoulders look very natural.
@@oofdanish Well he did look more shredded when filming. However, it isn't about the look, it's about the fact that he put on the muscle in 8 months. He's also heavily hinted at using roids too.

315 on the smith machine is a whole lot easier then doing 315 on a regular flat bench.
