    Vegan, vegetarian, and whatever diets should be given monitoring by actual nutritionists and doctors when doing so. Also including up to what one does with pets and kids -vets and doctors monitoring.
    In the end yes benefits but realize still people may need different things under health conditions such as diabetes as well.

    One can enjoy this..if one has farmer physcology and milk animal breeding physcology...you go shop, show attitude,they say : not for you...that level humble..

    Yes. A vegetarian is best. But it has nothing to do with eliminating cholesterol or saturated fat.
    It's the animal protein.
    Humans can't metabolize animal protein.
    Butter is extremely healthy.

      I would not eat butter as it is not natural and in many ways it is not natural or organic.
      remember animals dont eat butter or other meat products so they must know what is best.

      Do you eat cooked foods. Animals don't.
      Butter is the only dairy product that anyone can metabolize.
      And lots of animals do eat meat.
      But people should eat very little, or no meat for optimum health.

    Refined Carbohydrates(refined sugar and refined wheat flour) does

      Animal protein is what puts you at risk for heart attack

      Animal protein increases risk of heart disease. Not fat.
