that's a Visual Novel called "Umineko no naku koro ni" it has an anime adaption, but, tbh, I don't hear good opinions about it - though I didn't watch it if you are interested and really have time, I recommend that you play the VN if you are interested but don't have that much time, I recommend that you read the manga (I didnt read yet but I see a lot of people saying that is a good adaption)
