Let’s talk about why you shouldn’t do a gallbladder flush. A gallbladder flush is meant to flush out gallstones from your gallbladder. But, all a gallbladder flush will actually do is flush out bile salts from your gallbladder.
Ironically, when you decrease your bile, you increase your risk of getting gallbladder stones. A gallbladder stone is created when you have a super concentrated amount of cholesterol with a low amount of bile.
Every time you eat, you have a release of bile that helps you extract fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids. But, if you consume a lot of carbs, you won’t trigger this release as much.
A high-fat diet won’t cause gallstones as long as you produce enough bile. Fat causes a release of bile, not the formation of a gallstone.
Causes of decreased bile production and release:
    1. High estrogen
    2. Low-fat diets
    3. High cortisol (or prednisone)
    4. High insulin, insulin resistance, or a fatty liver
    5. Loss of bile (diarrhea or gastric bypass)
    6. Statins
    7. Diabetes
Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar are fantastic to help break down gallstones and kidney stones and help promote bile production.

Andreas Moritz has a protocol that is extremely well laid out. If followed to the letter there will be no complications. No one on this earth will ever convince me this protocol doesn’t work. I can and will say with absolute certainty liver flushing saved my health. I’m glad I didn’t encounter information like this before I learned the proper way to approach this. It’s highly suspect and irresponsible for a medical professional to cast doubt on such a powerful tool for healing. This protocol has been used and passed down by our ancestors for a reason, just because some didn’t do it properly doesn’t mean you throw out the baby with the bath water. Again, I’m glad I got my information from Andreas Moritz and I would highly suggest those entertaining this health protocol seriously to do the same and don’t let information like this deter you…

hi guys, i am in a dilemma, cause ive been doing these cleanses, On my 7th last month, and Now I ran into this book called "Liver Rescue" anthony Williams Medical Medium) the thing is that he mentioned that this so called stones that we think that flush out so miraclously go out, they are the same oil that you drank the night before, covered with some layer made by the stomach, gut etc. SO I gotta be honest, This last 7th cleanse I did Flush bigger stones, querter size, but this was also the first time that I drank so much olive oil, like 3-4 fingers, not like previous times that only drank 1-2 fingers and didnt flush stones that big. i will try to share and copy the text it self here. Comments are more than welcome!

@@juegayugen8633 believe whatever you like. It improved my health definitively. I don’t need to be convinced by any toxic doctors what’s “real” but take note that I always add activated charcoal to my mixture which makes it black, if these stones were a product of some magical alchemical reaction in my body these stones would be black and not bright green, dark green and even tan colored. Where did the charcoal go? Again, by the medical “professionals” casting doubt on this healing protocol only ensures they will continue having customers. I say customers because you WILL pay…dearly. God Bless and good luck. If you believe this bunk you’ll need it.

Now I eat Keto food and a steak most nights and I rarely if ever get GS attacks. They seem to come back when I drink a bit hence I look at it as my body warning me to stop drinking. IF and Extended Fasting can cause GS which is another reason why I sometimes get them. I try to do a GS flush every 2-3 months for maintenance. Nearly 10 years in and I've done about 50 flushes.

I very seldom disagree with you, but I removed my gallstones using the Hulda Clark method and helped others. The method you used sounds dangerous. I had some calcified stones which actually floated. Also, the first couple flushes had lots of cholesterol chaff, then the larger stones came out, and after 8 flushes, nothing more came out, so the opinion that the green particles are formed during the flush doesn't work. One guy dropped a couple huge stones that looked like polished marbles. I saw one shaped like a jelly bean, 2" long! These are hard stones that would have needed a hammer to break. One person was ready to go to the ER to have the gallbladder removed, but did a flush first and saved the gallbladder. I've seen different versions of the flush but Hulda Clark's seems the best. I had suffered bad allergies for many years; after getting rid of the stones no more reaction even during our high cedar pollen in Texas.

I have used the same flush on and off for years. I just substitute unfiltered apple cider in the recipe to keep the stuff down. I will say the first flush was far different from all the others. Calcified rocks, lots of clay colored floating chaff, and long conical clumps that were definitely clogging my bile ducts. After the first one, the stones had the consistency of play-doh. I’ve never had any issues and immediately take Metamucil the next morning after I finally stop my bathroom visits and expelling stones. I have always been up and moving by 10a and starved since you must fast prior to doing the cleanse. It’s an event and not for everyone. But I was in college back in the day and figured I drank things way worse than this.

I have done 4 flushes at 3 week intervals so far this year and it has worked just fine. From the book - "Once the liver and gallbladder are completely clean, no more gallstones are released after ingesting the oil/citrus juice mixture. If these stones were indeed made from olive oil (or were just bile salts, my addition), they would also occur during a liver flush done after the liver has been completely cleansed and all bile ducts are clear and open. However, this is not the case. The liver flush produces no more stones once the liver is clean, regardless how much olive oil one ingests."

I bought the book by Andreas Moritz. First 4 times I did the liver flush, I passed over a thousand stones are so. I was shocked where all this was coming from when the digestive canal was cleaned out by laxative. Stuff coming out was way more than one cup of oil and lemon juice I drank. 15 times more 20 times. I was also shocked that none of the stones were green except a few. Color was grey to dark grey. After over 6 7 flushes color turned to green. Now if I do a liver flush, I hardly see 20 small green stones. Note that the amount of olive oil is the same. I did not reduce it. I would also like to add that I still remember the nausea I felt the first time. I wanted to throw up all night but there was nothing in the stomach that can come out. Now if I do a liver flush, I feel 1% of that nausea and seems like body simply digests the oil

I’ve done a number of these flushes. One is to take epsom salts to relax the ducts then the oil. Fasting first, and timing , and repeating the Epsom salts and then oil are part of this recipe. One is to lie down on the left side, not the right, so that the stones travel down the bile duct and out. I once got a pint jar full of stones. So I don’t really know what you were doing Dr. Berg. The liver cleanse should never be taken lightly. There are various recipes for the cleanse and cautions. They need to be adhered to to avoid the kind of mishaps you are talking about. The next morning evacuated a cup and a half of dark "stones" that were irregular shaped like rocks, and some small round clear green pellets. (I had a net over the toilet seat to catch them and flushed water over them until they were clean and kept them in a jar to show people!) Also, I fasted for 2 days and did the flush on the eve of the second day. This was the protocol from a book called "Are You Stoned?" Doubters were telling me it was only hardened olive oil so I repeated the process a year later and only got a few of the round clear green pellets, no dark bumpy "stones"... just sharing my experience with this...EDIT: forgot to mention, I felt blissed out afterwards.

I felt that I came too strong in my reply towards Dr. Berg video thus the edit. I realize that Dr. Berg is doing everything he can to bring health into our lives. And although I disagree with his experience with the flush cleanse and his statement against it I believe Dr. Berg will look at this again. My message here is that the liver flush works as I have experienced myself on multiple occasions. Also, have been together with dozens of people who experienced miracle results during the cleanses. The only problem is that the protocol Dr. Berg shared is greatly incomplete. It's like saying that Keto diet is not eating sugar.

And in my opinion, your liver needs rest for several weeks afterwards, meaning don't flush until at least 4 weeks have passed since the last, but preferably 6.

I'm currently doing the liver cleanse protocol, which uses Epsom salts, olive oil and grapefruit. Over the past four months, I've done five cleanses. I've expelled thousands of hard and soft stones, plus lots of stagnant bile sludge. The largest stone was 23mm in diameter, with many more between 10-20mm in size. It's certainly working for me, but you have to following the protocol correctly.

Exactly. So my take away is that Dr. Berg obviously thinks you're much better off if you keep all that stuff you got out of you in there. Btw, he said he only used a tiny bit of lemon juice with his olive oil and he made no mention of epsom salts, maybe he drank it who knows. I typically do half a measuring cup of extra virgin unrefined olive oil and the other half of the cup squeezed out orange juice with some squeezed out lemon juice...straight squeezed lemon juice is almost as tough as the olive oil in my experience.

I went a few months taking herbs trying to figure it out, what triggered the pain etc, finally I had time off and did a week fresh apple juice fast then drank the olive oil mixed with a lemon and laid on the correct side, the next morning I passed loads of the jade colored stones which are not stones but waxy, maybe softened by the juice. No more pain which I had been having for about six months. It saved my gal bladder. I was in so much pain I made myself throw up if what I ate caused pain. After the cleanse no pain.

Totally Different Experience. I actually did a Gallbladder Flush similar to this and had Incredible Results. What motivated me to try the gallbladder flush was that I all of sudden started to throw up after eating, usually fatty foods, but also after a smoothy, (despite that fact that I have always had an "Iron Clad Stomach") and I went to my Western doctor because I thought that something must have been seriously wrong if this was happening. He had no advice but to take an ultrasound to see what was going on in my Gallbladder. He found that there was some "sludge" at the bottom of my gallbladder that could have had stones but he wasn't sure so...his suggestion was that we just "cut it out". Cut out my gallbladder! I know it's supposed to be a "routine" procedure but I'm not a cut first ask questions later kind of guy so I declined and went searching for a natural remedy and discovered The Gallbladder Flush. Now, it was a bit different than this one, no beat pills, but I did have the olive oil and some other things (I wish I still had the recipe to share) and laid on my right side with my knee in my chest and all of these things that seemed a bit odd BUT...when I did go to the bathroom...what did I find but HUNDREDS of these little green deposits in my stool. Apparently they weren't stones but I was shocked that these things were in my system...and was happy that they were out. The Result? From that moment on, I never had any issue with throwing up after eating ever again! So, instead of going under the knife and cutting out my gallbladder, I took on an age old remedy that fixed me right up. I love Dr. Berg but...I did find the solution to my problem through a very similar technique...and if you research, you may find the recipe that works for you. Here's to Optimal Health!!!

Dr. Berg, I will always use your content for education and increasing my knowledge to maintain and improve health. But I know for an absolute fact that you are off the mark about a gallbladder/liver flush. I highly, highly recommend getting the book called "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz. This book is loaded with invaluable knowledge about gallstones, and more importantly, liver stones. Those green pea like stones you mention were actually coming from inside of the LIVER, not gallbladder. They are what's called INTRAHEPATIC STONES. They are the stones that are formed in the ducts within the liver and don't make it out of the liver. All of the different stones are explained in detail in the book. Mortiz helped thousands of people overcome their imbalances, illnesses, etc by his simple but powerful gallbladder/liver flush protocol. His protocol utilizes a 6 day diet prepartion before actually doing the flush, including consuming epsom salts just prior to the flush in order to clean out the colon and relax the bile ducts. Olive oil is used with grapefruit juice, but not the much is required because of the softening of the stones from the preparation, cleaning out of the colon, and relaxing of the bile ducts. Big difference here.

My positive experience with gallbladder flushes :
I would first like to say that i sometimes binge watch Dr.berg. Hes the best and a saviour. But this is the first video where i disagree. I was diagnosed with gallstones and was ready to remove the bladder when i decided to give the flush a try. The key to a successfull cleanse is following the protocol word to word. Also dont forget if you never done any kinda detox or fasting the first time your body will release so many toxins(even first few times maybe or whenever your body is really toxic) that you might feel very sick and not wanting to do that again. The first time i did it i wanted to throw up so bad with a feverish shivering (wait for results). it happened few months later too. so i would suggest follow correctly , be careful, stick to it but LISTEN TO YOUR BODY TOO.
results : so after around a year of flush(8-11 flushes 5-6 weeks apart). i lost around 40 lbs. my colon flushed so much bad stuff. my digestive system feel resetted. my skin cleared up. I overcame depression. yes you heard it right something from my brain was slowly lifting awy(gut brain connection). maybe my hormones were balancing too. I dint feel sick in my later flushes. also the floating green objects got fewer each time, now i dont release anymore stones. not even 1.
i am following a healthy lifestyle how dr.berg says. but i needed something urgent for my gallstones at the time. bile salts were a help too.

@@mikkelblaabjergpoulsen6098 hey there. yes i did a scan at the beginning of flushes where i was diagnosed with stones but they always only mentioned one big stone which might be causing the obstruction. i did another one just to be sure and this time i asked if i had more than one, he said yes. after around 7 flushes i went in for a scan and surprisingly she mentioned that there is no sludge or smaller stones but just that 1 big stone. she was shocked at the absence of sludge so she called in someone else to verify. the other person also confirmed that there was no more sludge. so i would suggest if u do get a scan ask them if there is more than one or sludge to compare with future results, because they tend not to mention it as every person has a little sludge and only mention the culprit stone.. after this scan my flushes were clear of any stones so i did not get another scan . i am also taking bile salts so my attacks are much in control and have not flushed regularly.

Your body is making soap. Here's a spoiler alert, as long as you can make bile you will get varying levels of green balls, it will never end because it's being formed in your digestive system not out your liver.
At some point people who do these will have to realize that the mass of "stones" yielded is greater than the size of the liver, which should be indication enough if not for the fact that it takes years for a single liver or gallstone to form. There are people that do these cleanses regularly and still never make the connection even after years of making green soap balls in the toilet.

Alternated taking lemon juice, then olive oil-don’t recall amounts or the timing, was long time ago, but just before bedtime. Slept on right. Collected the “evidence” in bm. Yes, stones, not real big. Decades later still have gallbladder. Both mother and twin sister had gallbladder surgery. Sorry to hear you had such trouble and poor advice.

    • @kaleidoscope8743
      @kaleidoscope8743 2 года назад +1

Sounds like the amount of olive oil was more reasonable?
although I can't understand why it would say to lay on your right side. There must be some reason for it.
I've never done a gallbladder *cleanse* because they sound so harsh and everyone that I know who've done these harsh cleanses for their colon / liver / bladder / gallbladder ... they don't seem to turn out well.
When I read what you must do to prepare for it and then do it - it seems extreme and possibly dangerous. I always feel like your body has the ability to right itself if you just give it a nudge in the correct direction.
That's why I don't do this keto diet because it is extreme and it really messes up the endocrine system. It causes weight gain for some and insomnia and can also causes weight loss plateau.
( and the person is always blamed instead of telling the truth that you really cannot drive your body into starvation mode and keep it there without ramifications like a backfire of weight gain. And when the weight comes back, it comes back quickly and more than it was to begin with. When you see that particular sign you know that you pushed it too long. People are being less than honest.
I used to do bodybuilding you only have a certain amount of time to do fat cutting for carb cutting. You have to give your liver a break and then come back to it again. This is why doctors just rolled her eyes at people who say they're doing Keto.
Your blood type has something to do with what foods you need to eat. Keto never takes that into account at treat everybody one-size-fits-all. You could have a medical or nutritional reason or blood type reason why you are gaining weight. Keto cannot address that.
Going extreme keto does not give you your full spectrum of minerals, elements, vitamins or phytonutrients. Going keto can lead to serious colon issues as well as serious gallbladder and liver and pancreas problems.
It seems to me the push is mostly a vanity reason ... with the goal to massively drop a lot of weight rapidly, which is deceptively justified by shaming you over your sugar and carb intake, as if insulinemia would kill you.
Of Course I understand that people who develop type 2 diabetes, do go through a stage where they were pre-diabetic or had insulinemia. But having insulinemia in itself does not mean you will go on to become diabetic.
And of course every one of the sites that promote the extreme keto diet a lot of their own product that sells you. It's in their financial interest that you continually attempt to maintain long term keto goals.
I do believe that people need to eat good quality meat and healthy fats. And I do believe that occasional fasting it's very healthy it gives your GI chance to clean out.
But there's no way that you can constantly stay in a state of ketosis with your liver and it isn't healthy to try to do so. Constantly driving your liver into ketosis extremely hard on your kidneys and your adrenal glands as well as your liver. And you won't notice the damage until you have above 80% impaired liver function.
The liver and kidney will need to be in an advanced stage of damage before the serious problems start showing up.
Your liver is the largest organ in your endocrine system. And your adrenal glands are extremely important. If you get these two things out of balance you're absolutely going to create a thyroid problem.
And you could create an autoimmune disorder.

    • @kaleidoscope8743
      @kaleidoscope8743 2 года назад +3

I don't know why doctors have gotten knife happy about taking out the gallbladder
they used to just make a small incision and vacuum out the sludge and stones.
dietary habits can change and correct the gallbladder from becoming backed up.
I feel sure that not getting enough water is at least part of the problem. After that it's eating too much high fat and rich foods that are made with eggs and cream and yogurts and other products. These are healthy foods within reason. But an excess they will backup your gallbladder.
Doctors know more than I let on. Then it's easier to treat your gallbladder like an extra unnecessary organ that you just don't need anymore.
I know several people that have had gallbladder surgery and now their digestive system is permanently disrupted.
Sure It's not as much pain as trying to pass a gallstone, so they believe their comparably better. A sad commentary on modern medicine. That the patient is willing to accept being permanently impaired in their digestive system as a trade off for never getting a gallstone!
The medical community is failing in a number of ways similar to this very situation.
Cost-benefit analysis was they are taught in medical school!!!

Myself nor my patients NEVER use or used Beet tablets which are acidic and steal minerals from your body or whatever he said ever and my patients know the stones go to the bottom and the difference with cholesterol bits that float. The bile balance is easily fixed because my patients eat correctly. Not changing the olive oil. It's ONLY supposed to be half a cup of olive oil and half a cup of organic lemon juice done correctly with great results

If you deside to do the flush you will have to prepare for one week, drink cranberry or fresh green apple juice everyday during that week, they contain malic acid which will soften up the stones and will make it much easier to pass them. When you drink the daily dose of juice spread it out over the day.

Gall bladder symptoms were reduced and or eradicated. I did see stones and they did sink. The green ones were hard and tough to squeeze they were not congealed oil etc. I saw various colors etc. After the flush I could consume things I absolutely could not before. Each flush releases less as done consecutively so that debunks the theory of the olive oil creating it. Def feel overall much better and saved from getting surgery.

Any updates? My sister had gallstones and died due to severe complications from acute pancreatitis. She'd be having pain after eating and lying down at night for years. I've just started having pains under my right rib and am worried it's gallstones as well. I'm an RN and also very medically skeptical, but I've seen an overwhelming amount of posts regarding the Moritz protocol. I'd really rather not have to get my gallbladder removed.
