@DremelUS has found it's way back into the Shadow Foam workshop, as this week, Jonathan looks to improve the setup of Tim, our colleague at Shadow Foam.
Tim's recently got his hands on a Versatip and accessories, and is eager to amalgamate all of his wood turning setup into a single Dremel box, well luckily for Tim, there is Shadow Foam!

I still haven't boughten a Dremel yet and the first thing that I noticed was the wasted space with the layout of the box, and then I noticed the plastic handle.What is up with the plastic handle?

Dremel user yourself?
Yes. I love my Dremel for so many crafts and household repairs . I'm a female. Just love the shadow foam, saving up to buy some from yous.
Hey Jonathan, love the look of the Dremel case there. Don't know how well you can picture this project nearly a year ago, but I need to organise my Dremel Kit (includes the flexible shaft and clamp vise as well) and debating buying a pukka Dremel case like you did here, or using one of the combi DeWalt Deep + Shallow Organiser case sets from Costco to kind of mimic the top box and lower drawer?
Having the pukka Dremel Case would look cool but I am already using the DeWalt & Stanley boxes as tool cases (with Shadow Foam of course!) for my Drill sets and Crimper & Soldering kits so keeping the same standard would be pretty good as well. You don't remember the dimensions of the Dremel Case do you? can't find that info out anywhere so far 🤨

@@ShadowFoam YES! Did I sount too enthusiastic? lol. I'm @TheRecycledPirate, I use my Dremel mostly to fix little things arounf the house and to create decoration pieces with kalabas

Completely agree! This Dremel case turned into one of my all time favourite projects!
Shoulda used the Dremel to cut the Shadow Foam
I plan on doing that in a future video, filing that - Peach tree Crafting has done some videos cutting Shadow Foam with a Dremel!

seems like a lot of waste of space. those 2 wrenches taking up whole cubic inches separate from each other. it would make more sense to have them in one slot. or even magnetized to the inside of the lid. overall you made it look nice, but highly inefficient. :-/
