Their chemistry was magical every single time they were on screen together in all three movies they did. You could tell they so adored each other and were very close friends. One of the best on screen couples ever. Thank you for uploading this interview!
sound of music brought me here, this movie is just breathtaking(One Special Night). How special our parents it is to us as children and the unexpected chemistry between two strangers. Julie Andrews and James Garner. Thank you. (can somebody upload " the americanization of Emily" full movie please)
I was in a mood tonight and wanted to watch a movie. I went through all of my dvds and decided on this one saying, “It’s not Christmas or anywhere near it but for the love of God this is the only thing that’s gonna cheer me up right now”… so I watched it.
Oh thank you for posting this...i had lost hope that this clip would found and uploaded...i believe this might be the only video interview that Jim and Julie gave together and they are a delight ...so much love and respect...wish it was longer 😅🧡
You’re welcome. I found it on a VHS tape. A fan gave me her old tapes. Sadly, they are old. And longplay and ntsc (I am in Europe). So it’s quite difficult to transfer them to my MacBook🙄.
Wonderful movie! They always worked so well with one another. I'm surprised neither of them corrected Rosie on the location where the entire movie was filmed. It was actually filmed in Montreal and not Toronto. Had the pleasure to meet Jim one evening during one of their breaks in the shooting. Unfortunately Julie was exhausted from a rather long day, so the family and I missed out on meeting her as well. Thanks for uploading the Rosie O'Donnell interview.
You can also see them together in The Americanization of Emily 1964 & Victor Victoria 1982.

You're welcome!
James Garner REAL CLASS OF A HUMAN BEING, just like Julie Andrews!
Que elegancia de mujer Julie me encanta y James siempre con esa picardía

I love this movie. And to tell the truth, I do watch it not only on Christmas time. 😊
Same here lol

Thank you! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Any time!
Wow, I didn't know they did the interview circuit for this film.
Julie Andrews & James Garner work well together here in America like Daniela Romo & Cesar Evora en México.😘💖
Back when Rosie was likeable.
Rosie is Still okie dokie with most people.
@@nancysanders2398 My uncle was a huge Rosie fan and even he can’t stand her. She got too militant and stuff.
