I think Blake should be apart of the chore chart as he is a member of the family. Working out of the home or not he is living under yours and Kens roof so he should do his part in helping with the upkeep of the home☺️
I agree. I’ll be 20 in a few months. I work outside of home, I help around the house. I’d feel bad not to because I get to live at my parents house for free while of course paying for my own bills, cell phone, car payment, car insurance, etc.
I agree. I am 21 sith 2 kids been living on my own for 4 years and im glad i had chores and a job before leaving home because now i keep my home soo clean
Everyone needs to be put on the chart. There is no excuse for not being able to do chores. If Ken and you can work a full day & still manage to do things around the house AND cook dinner, Blake can come home and clean for 30min.
If Blake has the energy to help his friend put up a fence, he can help around the house!! Also Cory and Asha (she's over there pretty much full time) need to be on the chore chart too!! LOL
No they shouldn’t, they are staying there because of Corona it’s not their house and it’s not their job to help with chores. If they want to help that’s fine but never should another parent tell kids to do chores
Of course Blake should do chores. He lives at home for free. No bills. Everything is provided for him. He’s an adult with a pretty sweet deal, so the least he could do is some chores around his parents’ house. Adulting is working full time AND doing chores, along with paying bills. He may be young, but he still needs responsibility. Definitely keep him on the chart.
When you are an adult and live on your own you have to work and do the chores. My husband works all day and has to vacuum our house. I do the laundry and dishes after working 12 hours. Work is shared by everyone living in a household.
Same, I help out a lot around the house since I’m an only child, I’m your age, also in college. I helped my mom paint and re do the basement, also the backyard, I helped build the gazebo, I power washed the outside of my house, I help with cleaning, sometimes cooking. It gets annoying but I still live at home
I’d typically say yes because Blake’s an adult living at home for free. However, given the circumstances and the fact Blake is the only one that’s working outside of home I’d say give him reduced chores.
Yes when we went camping for our school they did a role play of the camp leaders did something and they were saying “where you got that shirt?” And they said Marshall’s and they kept saying that with different stuff where u get those shoes and they said Marshall’s and it was pretty funny!! That’s just a fun story time
I think Blake needs to help in some way...if he had his own house he would have to do it there. At our house we have our oldest still at the house, he pays rent and does chores.
I love the mall but lately when I go I don’t have much luck . I walk out with maybe 1 or 2 bags with 2 things In it. But the malls opened where I live for curbside pick up and in phase 3 they are opening and allowing customers inside.
really i hate online for clothes everything i get is never right .I find it much better at a store .most other things besides clothes are great getting online.I like tk maxx i think they have great price clothes ,tj maxx in usa
Everyone who is staying or living with you should help out at least some of the time. I’m 22 going to college and working 8 hour days and still help my family out
I feel like candi runs a tight ship and I love it! I feel like people always hate on her and it makes me so upset 😭. You’re killing it! Ask I think everyone should be on the chore chart.
Blake should have to do the vacuuming as well. When you have your own place it doesn't matter if you just worked a 7-8 hour day, when you come home there is still stuff that has to be done
5:21 I just wanted to let u’s know, u should have the mask covering ur nose (u’s might already know that but there’s been loads of people without it covering their nose)
I would say included everyone in the chore chart but at the same time every family is different so mabey have like a family meeting or whatever and talk about it
You do have to understand that Blake is a young adult he’s just now getting into the whole work thing to make serious money. It’s her choice weather he’s on there or not.
Marshals and TJ Max’s are good stores to ring name brand stuff for really cheap. Also a lot of apps you can download; that gives you coupons to different stores like PacSun, American Eagle, urban outfitters, etc. one example is fetch rewards.
I have a twenty one year old and he is a full-time student, works full-time. There are 3 things he is responsible for, garbage duty twice a week his room and the bathroom he and his sister share. They alternate the cleaning of the bathroom. Oh and laundry. I wash everyones clothes and they are responsible for folding and putting away their own clothes.
Blake shouldn’t be on the chore list everyday but when he has a day off here or there he can just pick up someone’s chore and do it for them so they don’t have to. I also think you should have Cory and Asha help with the chores since they have been living at your house for the past three months, and any of the kids friends who stay there long term should pitch in and help with chores.
I disagree. Guests should not have to be obligated to do someone else's chores. Of course their help would be appreciated with simple tasks and it would be polite to offer assistance, but it simply isn't the guest's job to vacuum or dust at somebody else's place. No disrespect towards you, we all have our own opinions. This is mine :)
I agree with both you, in the long run its all up to the family, but in the videos I saw they do help out with the work. However even if they are guests they should probably still help out but its up to the family! 💜
I agree, not friends that come over for a few days but people like Asha and Cory who have been there for months are definitely contributing to the house needing to be cleaned. I would feel terrible if I was staying somewhere that long and never vacuumed, did dishes or took out the garbage etc seems like they do help though
I love going to the mall but do not plan on going anytime soon. If I really need something I will shop online. Michigan malls are still closed but other retail stores are opening up today, by appointment only though however that works.
i think blake should just be responsible for keeping his room clean and doing his laundry. working 8 hour days especially during this time isn’t easy and keeping his room clean is easy and simple. i think the chores should mainly be split between karli and chase since they aren’t working 8 hour days or are helping with major business, plus they are the only real ‘kids’ in the house. although, i do think andrew should maybe have one or two little responsibilities but not as many as karli and chase. just my opinion lol. also, karli i usually shop at shein for cute-trendy and affordable clothing. sometimes their website is a hit or miss so i’m usually mindful of what i buy but usually every item has a review section so i read the reviews and see if they are true to size or if i should size up or down. some people also post pictures with them on so you can get an idea of how it would look on you as well.
I think Blake could be involved in the chore chart for something that can get done when he gets home from work? When he has his own house he will have to get used to cleaning after work
I personally think that everyone should have a part in chores. If Blake works, maybe make him do the easier ones but still rotate. He seems to work hard and that’s great but he should still help you out
I’ve gotten a few shirts from shein and almost all of them are great quality. Just make sure to order it at least 2 weeks before your trip because it does take some time to get delivered
As a 21 year old working 8h a day I’m so tried when I get. It’s different when you start working at our age because you are not use to all this new stuff. So I think Blake should have a rest when he gets home. Also because he needs to relax and reload his batteries for the next day. So maybe the siblings can help a little bit more just for now :)
I went to college, and also worked 8 hour shifts, and I still had to help even a little at home. Rn I’m not working cause of corona. Bur when I was I still had to help
He should definitely be part of the chore chart. Think of it this way....if he lived on his own who else is gonna do it? 🤷♀️growing up sucks, but even if he comes home tired....if he lived alone or with a partner he has to help
For Karli I would definitely recommend shopping at target for bathing suits if she’s having trouble finding bathing suits that fit right. I loveee target bikinis they always fit really nice
Shein has very cute clothes! They take about a month to ship if you don’t pay for fast shipping but i think it’s worth it! Just be sure to read reviews before purchasing
Hi Candi! I definitely think I would still include everyone in the chore chart. I understand being completely exhausted after work but one day when they have their own house, they’ll have to do all the cleaning! It’s definitely no fun, but wouldn’t be fair to everyone else if someone didn’t have to do any chores but got to live there. Definitely just my opinion on the situation. LOVE your videos!💞
Hey karli, you should go thrifting once everything is opened up. Or Walmart clothes that look expensive and you could just fix it to your size if it doesn’t fit
In my opinion if they live under your roof rent free they should be on the chore chart. I completely understand not wanting to do a chore after a work day, but if you make a plan you should have enough time to empty the dishwasher, put a load of laundry in, or vacuum. At least when I lived at my dads working an 8 hour work day and taking classes full time, i still occasionally did chores even though it was the last thing I wanted to do
As an adult who has worked full time I feel like Blake should be part of the chore chart because when he moves out he will still have to work a full time job, most likely, and be able to keep his place clean. Good to instill those habits now, even though I am more than sure he will be moody about it. But it is also a respect thing, he shows his respect to the home you are providing by helping in the united effort to keep it clean. Being exempt in some ways shows that he is an exception to showing respect to the home. I am sure the other kids think they are busy and have important things to do, even though in mom terms you know that might not equal a full time job but in teen speak they are busier than anyone else ha, so if Blake is exempt they are allowed to slack off too. My point is long winded I know but really it boils down to making good habits now for the future and creating a place of comfort and respect for all shared common areas of a home when kids are old enough. I don't see any negatives in including him on the chart and if he is really have a tough day maybe you could open it up to having him be able to trade with someone or respectfully asking you if you would be willing to help him a day or two a month.
I think that because it only takes like 20-30 minutes that anybody could really do it, if blake is feeling too tired. But honestly it doesn’t take much time so he could just do it after he’s settled down or on his days off he could do it
a store that I like to shop to is Garage, idk if you guys have one but incase you’ve never heard of it I thought i’d mention it! it seem like the kind of store that karli would like :)
I think if you are an active member of the household, especially when you use the common space at home a lot, you should be helping with chores. Blake could do less since he only sleeps in the house. And didn’t really contribute to the “mess”. He could help with the dishes since he gets dinner from your guys. But yea, its really exhausting to do chores after a long day at work.
if you’re willing to go out again, Marshall’s and Tj Maxx definitely have cute tops and that are pretty cheap! i see American Eagle in Tj Maxx a lot too :)
Yes I think Blake should be part of the chore chart. 😊You could add Cori and Asha to it as well so then they each have to do it even less. Blake can do his turn once every rotation! Many adults work 8 hours then go home to do housework so his one day shouldn’t be too much for him!! 😊
Definitely go to Marshall's. The one near me always has cute clothes, trendy clothes. I'm a t-shirt, sweatshirt kind of person to and i always find stuff there.
to answer your QOD...i normally do a lot of the chores since i don't work and i have a lot of free time!! my sister works about 8 hours as well at a coffee shop and she will normally get home late so i do most of the chores but she will do the easier ones that take up less time.
I remember being Blake's age working 3 jobs and going to school full time, I was required to do chores. It was tiring but I did it. It helped me now. I don't clean everyday but I definitely try and do small things everyday. Also stop hating on them. We all know if we could go shopping now we would. Yes, Rona isn't over and it won't be for a while but at some point we have to start living. Also the first week that I really had to wear a mask at work I moved it around my face a lot. It something people have to get use too.
@@zynasiahamilton4205 here in my City ( Milan) most shops are finally open In italy we have more single smaller shops than malls so they check your fever before going inside every shop and limit the number of people insede. I dont feel like shopping for clothes but I know they disinfect every single clothe after you try it. Bar and pubs are open and distancing every table, in some places you can sit just in 2 others more and others are only doing take away. A lot of prople started to take away alcohol and drink in parkds to avoid sitting inside a bar. But now they forbid that! 🤷🏼♀️ but I gotta sat life is almost back to normal. How is your country going?
I think everyone should be on the chart including Cory. Andrew and Blake should do their own days even if Blake’s are his days off he’s still contributing and if he’s not too tired to help his friend then he can vacuum a couples days a month for 30 minutes. Cory also lives there so I think she should be incorporated and have a couple days that’s hers to help so it’s not so much on everyone.
But... you were AT the mall about a week ago - just not IN the mall. Yo, Karli... I like that first pair of shorts you showed too- both with the legs rolled up a little and not rolled up. The black ones look nice too. Does Blake drive a (UPS) truck or is does he work at the physical location? Personally, I believe everyone should do at least one thing to help with cleaning. Obviously, each person in smaller families would/could have more to do and vice-versa for bigger families. When others are 'staying' (friends, significant others), it should be left up to them whether they want to help. Usually, when it's left up to them - since they don't 'live' there, they will help with something. Even if they help their friend or significant other with what they do.
I do most of my shopping online on SHEIN, they have super cute clothes and sets for super cheap !! They also have shoes and makeup and all kinds of things you should really check it out !
In our home, everyone pitches in if you are living there. However, those home all day do more because they are there more...but all help with the basics. I’m a big believer in preparing for when you are out on your own, so I want to make sure they understand the responsibility...and you have it even after a long day of work. But everyone is different, so my thoughts! :)
I'm sure Candi wouldn't go with the kids to the mall if they didn't make sure that everything is okay and safe for them to actually go shopping! Stop hating on them, that comment section is full of negativity... Spread love!!❤️✨
Um, when PA’s liquor stores closed and people were crossing the border, Ohio stopped selling to out of state ID’s. It’s dumb to cross state lines. But it is allowed. And if you are, at least listen to the lawmakers of the state you’re entering. Ohio’s governor urges citizens to wear masks and says it “shouldn’t be a political issue.” It may be safe for them (or it may not), but they could also be infecting other. Follow the rules.
I think anyone who isn’t paying rent should be included in the chore chart so that everyone can contribute in some way! ☺️ that’s how my family always did it.
We don’t have a chore chart but the only people my mom asks to do the dishwasher are my sister (14)and I(16). We do have a bigger family but those over 18 don’t have to do anything.
I think Blake should be apart of the chore chart as he is a member of the family. Working out of the home or not he is living under yours and Kens roof so he should do his part in helping with the upkeep of the home☺️

At 5;14 what is the mark of the bag ? where I live we have not this bags :(
a store that I like to shop to is Garage, idk if you guys have one but incase you’ve never heard of it I thought i’d mention it! it seem like the kind of store that karli would like :)
idk if you guys have a garage store near you, but garage has very trendy but very affordable clothing
shein or romwe are basically the same thing but they’re only stores that sell really cute and affordable clothes let karli know !!
Try Shein and Zaful karli , the only thing about shein is that it takes awhile to arrive .
personally i do chores everyday and i work 9 hours a day but i’m also an only child so i kind of have to haha
tell karli to try out Romwe or Shein! They have all the trendy clothes for super cheap, most of my wardrobe is from there!
cool streets and shopping at the mall, always success.☺️🙏
I think if you are an active member of the household, especially when you use the common space at home a lot, you should be helping with chores. Blake could do less since he only sleeps in the house. And didn’t really contribute to the “mess”. He could help with the dishes since he gets dinner from your guys. But yea, its really exhausting to do chores after a long day at work.
I could easily see you guys. We go to Toledo sometimes. We drove through Toledo yesterday to try the nutrition club
if you’re willing to go out again, Marshall’s and Tj Maxx definitely have cute tops and that are pretty cheap! i see American Eagle in Tj Maxx a lot too :)
Yes I think Blake should be part of the chore chart. 😊You could add Cori and Asha to it as well so then they each have to do it even less. Blake can do his turn once every rotation! Many adults work 8 hours then go home to do housework so his one day shouldn’t be too much for him!! 😊
Cori and Asha are guests not their personal cleaning staff
Karli should try SHEIN! I'm sure she has seen it all over tiktok, but definitely wait a few weeks till you order
Hope you all are doing well. Thinking of you! I love you all and stay safe! Take care! ❤️
princess polly has some good options for trendy affordable shirts!
Romwe and Shein is pretty good
I remember being Blake's age working 3 jobs and going to school full time, I was required to do chores.
I went shopping for the 1st time on May 19th after being quarantained since the end of February ( Italy)
How was it? I haven’t been to the mall since February 10th.
Love ur vids I’ve been watching ur vlogs for 7 years
It’s so cool how asha is so close to your guys family
I live in Michigan and no clothing stores are open nor are restaurant yet..
But... you were AT the mall about a week ago - just not IN the mall.
I am the only sibling who works so I usually just get asked to do the dishes on a day that I’m not working!
I do most of my shopping online on SHEIN, they have super cute clothes and sets for super cheap !! They also have shoes and makeup and all kinds of things you should really check it out !
Hollister, Brandy Melville (online if you do not have one close), h&m, forever21, and garage have cheap clothes!!!
Blake should definitely be apart of chores but do the small easy task for him so he’s not over worked!
Karli Prettylittlething is actually fairly priced, you should check it out. Also Shein is extremely cheap, with nice clothing.
I think anyone who isn’t paying rent should be included in the chore chart so that everyone can contribute in some way! ☺️ that’s how my family always did it.
hollister !! they always have sales and their clothes/tops are really trendy and cute
We made the same thing for breakfast as you on Memorial Day.
I just got a bunch of stuff from romwe, make sure you look at the reviews and size chart
I think he should do chores because it will get him ready when he has a family and he will work and then come home and do stuff around the house.
Your meal looked great.
We don’t have a chore chart but the only people my mom asks to do the dishwasher are my sister (14)and I(16). We do have a bigger family but those over 18 don’t have to do anything.
