Awa Luckily I still have to go to work but than head home like usually on the weekend I love to go out and go to the movies it feels like I’m living in a small town it makes me sad how these places have to stay closed and some will not open up after quarantine is over 😢😩
I feel sorry for this year’s senior class they are missing out on so much prom and other school activities. The governor for the state of North Dakota cancelled the basketball tournament games and the class B state basketball tournament was cancelled also the state DECA conference was cancelled. I hope you’re all safe love your family
I probably will not get an actual graduation ceremony :( it sucks man, and at my school only the Senior Class gets prom, we don't have Junior prom, you only get prom if you get asked and I never got asked so this was my one and only prom :(
Im a senior and I’m hoping they will let us back in June. So we can have our last day and a yearbook signing party. My graduation and prom r not till the very end of June so hopefully they don’t get canceled. Im in NY and its the worst here theres just no chance were going back 😭

Depends Irelands cases are rising and some county's don't have cases so they might go back but Dublin, Cork, limerick and maybe Galway won't be going back anytime soon

Honestly, it's none of our business who goes in and out of their house or who they have there because it THEIR house not ours. Clearly if they're okay with having asha and cori quarantine with them that's a risk they’re willing to take and are okay with. Stop worrying about what goes within a household you don't belong to. She was with them a lot when the outbreak started there initially, so it actually makes just as much sense to be with them as it would to be with her own family, in the UK the government have made it clear that girlfriend/boyfriends can't flick between two homes, HOWEVER they can choose to stay within one household if they wish to stay together, the health sec actually voiced that last week around this time, which is exactly what they're doing, plus by the sounds of it everyones okay with that, and I'm sure if Asha's parent's weren't, she wouldn't be there, period. We can only make assumptions by what's happening via what they place on screen, whether we chose to voice them is another matter, but it's how we choose to then do so that's even more important. It's not super irresponsible if she/Corey are staying there and not switching between two house holds and following the social distancing measures elsewhere and hygiene rules. We've got to remember and take into account that each country's approach is at a different stage/taking matters slightly differently also, like in the UK it's a partial lockdown currently, whilst in other places they aren't even at that yet and others are in full lock down and so forth. I’m a senior this year and trust me it sucks. I miss school so much and now we don’t get to go back either. I had my last day of high school and didn’t even know it! The only nice thing is that we don’t have to take any finals or standardized tests! My school is doing a drive in graduation in the parking lot so everyone will watch us walk from their vehicles.
I’m glad they will get to experience their senior year fully! It really sucks but we’ll all get through this. Unfortunately, my senior year ended abruptly with all of this going on. My heart goes out to all of my fellow seniors!🤍

well in california , we started this who quarantine and classes cancelled way before them, that's why in california they already had packets and stuff for clasess online

Well, I think it is pretty cool that you are providing a safe environment for them to stay with you, it also says something that they chose to stay with you. Most people wouldn't want to take take on more people at this time of unknown.

I was supposed to graduate from university and walk across the stage in June now I won’t have a graduation ceremony after 4 years of tuition funds and hard work I won’t get to accept my degree :(
my school hasn't had an official re-opening date and i'm in California. our principal said he would want school to open for at least a week if we can somehow.
I’m a senior we’re not gonna get a prom but luckily my school is committed to giving us an in person graduation even if it’s pushed until July or early August so that’s good

I’m a high school senior in Hawaii. It sucks that everything is being cancelled. Basically waited and worked hard in school for 15 years to be able to walk in a cap and gown. People have been saying I will have more graduations in college but high school is a completely different feeling. It’s funny how everyone always tell you to enjoy every bit of high school, now I won’t get to enjoy the last bits of it. Second semester is the best part too cause you aren’t worried about college apps, scholarships, financial aid, and most of the fun events are at this time. For all the classes after the class of 2020, when you go back to school never take it for granted cause I definitely won’t.
No one is actually their next grade until that school year starts. All schools should've already done the switch over to online school. Some have already been doing it for the past couple or so weeks, even with live interaction with teachers and students. As for quarantine and visiting... there's really no reason to not travel, if the travel isn't very far, to visit others. The only difference from visiting locally and going for groceries (for example) is at a public place there are strangers. When visiting those you already know, if you're remaining as safe as possible then it shouldn't be something for others to complain and be disrespectful about. Despite the fact, at the time of quarantine, if any visitor(s) don't have clothes then they'd have to go home anyways to get some. So there's a decision to make... get clothes and come back or just quarantine at home and ('maybe') occasionally visit as usual.
I love Asha’s relationship with your family because that’s how I am with my boyfriend and his family. It’s really important for me to have a great relationship with them and I definitely feel apart of the family so I’m sure Asha feels the same.❤️

school has been cancelled for the rest of the year... i didn’t know my last day of high school was 3 weeks ago ): senior trip and our last prom has been cancelled. graduation is being rescheduled for a later date. class of 2020 really got it bad. 😔
I’m a senior in NJ, and currently only our senior trip has gotten canceled, but considering how NJ is listed as one of the worst with COVID-19, I really can’t say what’s in store for the future. Last year I thought it was cool that I got to graduate in year 2020, my opinion has truly changed completely!
I’m pretty sure that my school will get cancelled, we have been doing online school for a month. And it counts towards our final grade for the year, but we don’t have state testing, (STAAR, Texas) I haven’t taken my SAT or ACT yet I was supposed to have it in March. Wow. School is canceled here but we start 4th quarter April 13th when we were supposed to get back from spring break. The teachers gave the kids a bunch of extra credit these last two weeks. It's so crazy. I have a 5th grader that's sad there won't be graduation.

Hi, I’m in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 This quarantine is definitely going to be lasting longer than I could have ever presumed and I’ve been debating if I should allow my 18yr old daughter’s boyfriend come stay with us so I am not judging you at all. So long as everyone is following protocol and staying safe. It still breaks my heart for them that they may not be able to be together until the fall the way things are going. Should he just come stay here? 😢

In northern Illinois, (Naperville) school is extended to April 30th. if I was still in school I would be a senior right now, but I graduated early 2 years ago.

All the negative people need to worry about themselves. It is honestly better that Asha and Cory are staying instead of going home and possibly spreading the virus or even worse receiving it. They are safe as of right now, and If I were them i would just keep doing what I know is safe because it was already working in the first place.

My friends school sent out a statement saying their current grade cannot drop but they can improve it. They rest of the work is not mandatory. She’s a senior so I don’t know if its different for lower class men.
My daughter has online learning through her school. She is a sophomore. She does her first 3 classes along with a service learning on Monday’s and Wednesday’s and her other 4 classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. So far they may be able to return to school May 4th, hopefully. Prom is going to possibly be rescheduled for this summer sometime for them. I still have to go to work myself, as I work in a group home. Not sure how or when graduation is going to happen here.
Wow that’s crazy if they cancel school for you guys completely! Here in Australia teachers are giving students packs of work if they can’t access work online, you still have to complete it & maintain learning. End of the day-everyone will be at home isolating so it gives kids something to keep their mind going!
I still haven’t started online work yet either. We start April 7th and we’re still trying to go back on may 1st. Our school year has been extended into June for two weeks

Here in Minnesota they are doing online school. Also currently have a stay-at-home order in place. It sucks but I know that it will help with the spread. I have still been taking my daughter to daycare so people would probably tell me the same thing that I am the cause of the spread. You guys do you.

We aren’t gonna be going to extended school in July because this is a national emergency. Idk about your governor but Wolf(in PA) said we won’t have to do extended school and the “being in school for 180 days” thing doesn’t count this year
I’m a senior in Minnesota, though i’m annoyed and sad that this is how my senior year is sending (though we might potentially go back on the 5th of May) I am more annoyed by the online work. I am failing all my classes now because my teachers post so much and don’t do any teaching now.

My son is a senior and we bought his cap and gown! My son always was A / B student. I’m not sure if we’re gonna have a ceremony? People have been saying I will have more graduations in college but high school is a completely different feeling. It’s funny how everyone always tell you to enjoy every bit of high school, now I won’t get to enjoy the last bits of it. Second semester is the best part too cause you aren’t worried about college apps, scholarships, financial aid, and most of the fun events are at this time. For all the classes after the class of 2020, when you go back to school never take it for granted cause I definitely won’t.

No one is actually their next grade until that school year starts.
All schools should've already done the switch over to online school. Some have already been doing it for the past couple or so weeks, even with live interaction with teachers and students.
As for quarantine and visiting... there's really no reason to not travel, if the travel isn't very far, to visit others. The only difference from visiting locally and going for groceries (for example) is at a public place there are strangers. When visiting those you already know, if you're remaining as safe as possible then it shouldn't be something for others to complain and be disrespectful about. Despite the fact, at the time of quarantine, if any visitor(s) don't have clothes then they'd have to go home anyways to get some. So there's a decision to make... get clothes and come back or just quarantine at home and ('maybe') occasionally visit as usual.
I love Asha’s relationship with your family because that’s how I am with my boyfriend and his family. It’s really important for me to have a great relationship with them and I definitely feel apart of the family so I’m sure Asha feels the same.❤️

school has been cancelled for the rest of the year... i didn’t know my last day of high school was 3 weeks ago ): senior trip and our last prom has been cancelled. graduation is being rescheduled for a later date. class of 2020 really got it bad. 😔
I’m a senior in NJ, and currently only our senior trip has gotten canceled, but considering how NJ is listed as one of the worst with COVID-19, I really can’t say what’s in store for the future. Last year I thought it was cool that I got to graduate in year 2020, my opinion has truly changed completely!

I’m pretty sure that my school will get cancelled, we have been doing online school for a month. And it counts towards our final grade for the year, but we don’t have state testing, (STAAR, Texas) I haven’t taken my SAT or ACT yet I was supposed to have it in March. I pray for all the seniors and everyone affected 😘

Wow. School is canceled here but we start 4th quarter April 13th when we were supposed to get back from spring break. The teachers gave the kids a bunch of extra credit these last two weeks. It's so crazy. I have a 5th grader that's sad there won't be graduation.

Hi, I’m in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 This quarantine is definitely going to be lasting longer than I could have ever presumed and I’ve been debating if I should allow my 18yr old daughter’s boyfriend come stay with us so I am not judging you at all. So long as everyone is following protocol and staying safe. It still breaks my heart for them that they may not be able to be together until the fall the way things are going. Should he just come stay here? 😢

I live in Virginia and my county is not doing the 4th quarter. They are giving students recovery plans to bring their grades up!
In northern Illinois, (Naperville) school is extended to April 30th. if I was still in school I would be a senior right now, but I graduated early 2 years ago.

All the negative people need to worry about themselves. It is honestly better that Asha and Cory are staying instead of going home and possibly spreading the virus or even worse receiving it. They are safe as of right now, and If I were them i would just keep doing what I know is safe because it was already working in the first place.
I live about 1 hour way from u guys. The past 3 weeks I’ve been doing schoolwork at home and had my parents monitor me when I take tests.

My friends school sent out a statement saying their current grade cannot drop but they can improve it. They rest of the work is not mandatory. She’s a senior so I don’t know if its different for lower class men.

My daughter has online learning through her school. She is a sophomore. She does her first 3 classes along with a service learning on Monday’s and Wednesday’s and her other 4 classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. So far they may be able to return to school May 4th, hopefully. Prom is going to possibly be rescheduled for this summer sometime for them. I still have to go to work myself, as I work in a group home. Not sure how or when graduation is going to happen here.
Wow that’s crazy if they cancel school for you guys completely! Here in Australia teachers are giving students packs of work if they can’t access work online, you still have to complete it & maintain learning. End of the day-everyone will be at home isolating so it gives kids something to keep their mind going!

Here in Minnesota they are doing online school. Also currently have a stay-at-home order in place. It sucks but I know that it will help with the spread. I have still been taking my daughter to daycare so people would probably tell me the same thing that I am the cause of the spread. You guys do you.

We aren’t gonna be going to extended school in July because this is a national emergency. Idk about your governor but Wolf(in PA) said we won’t have to do extended school and the “being in school for 180 days” thing doesn’t count this year

My son is a senior and we bought his cap and gown! My son always was A / B student. I’m not sure if we’re gonna have a ceremony? My other son had to come home from college and he has a dorm and their giving some money back from Michigan State! But I know they don’t have prom! But it was going good for the first two weeks but I’m getting tired of being lazy and nothing to do! I think people should mind their own business about if you leave the house because I know you have good judgment and I know I go to the store and back and if someone dear would comment when you know they have to leave to do the same!!
