For Lincoln schools, in Ypsilanti, its pass or fail. If you were passing in third quarter, you already passed for the semester and don't have to do the work. If you were failing in third quarter, you have to do your work in order to get credit. Overall, our GPA wont be changing
I’m from Illinois and when we got out of school we had to do all of our classes in one day and the teachers give us assignments just like any normal school day
Animal Farm is a really good book, it has a strong message about humanity. Gives you something to think about. Reading is a good way to pass time. I also love the book Watership Down, if Karli likes books about animals she should try that one. The cartoon movie version makes it look like a weird horror movie but the book isn't graphic like that at all. It's just a story about wild rabbits, its very good.

What, they had a month with no school! I live in Norway and our school closed on thursday march 12, and we started online school the following week, Monday march 16. U guys were so luckyy
Here in Michigan (downriver area) we got our stuff from our lockers the day after we got let out, and now we have zooms and online classes for the rest of the year.
For Arizona since we get out mid May our 2nd semester grades will stay the same as 3rd quarter grades and all online class work is basically extra credit and if you don’t do it it’s a no mark . So basically our grades can only go up not down
In the U.K. we still might be going back after Easter break but still waiting on news from the PM. And the head teacher of my kids school. We’ve done 6 weeks now
I feel like she’s a bad influence, I understand not everyone likes school but she said that she is going to make Karli do the work which isn’t fair and also tries to talk karli out of doing her reading. Just a bad friend in my opinion.

I have been doing online school now for a month.tomorrow will start week 4. All of our teachers post our work either Sunday or early Monday and we have until Sunday at 11:59 pm to finish the work. We don’t really have a set to how we do things it jsut get it done by that time
In California, school was out since March too and for a week we didn't get homework, that week we had to get Chromebooks. So the following week we started online school and it was going alright, but then the teachers were overloading us with hw and I couldn't keep up, it was affecting my grade that they went down, but I was able to bring it up since I'm a Senior and are making us do a bunch of things. I have to have good grades in order to graduate.
Our school got two weeks off and now we’re basically continuing our Semester 2 classes online. We’re continuing to add to our grade, so our final grades aren’t determined until the end of May.
I’m really lucky, my mum is a hairdresser so I don’t have to worry about my hair going bad haha but yeah there are bigger problems atm ❤️❤️ hope you all stay safe!
When I went to get my things from my locker (we closed school before Whitmer closed schools because I am in a Catholic school in archdioceses of Detroit) it was sooooo weird.

some schools are just doing it till the end of the school year like my school in virginia they are only grading the last quarter work based on participation in the activities so if you don’t like get on they’ll fail you but it’s different for everyone

Hi Our Family Nest, So your school district do not do interactive online classes like zoom? I think Th at make learning online interaction with a teacher like Math easier. So the students can get the question answer. I hope the work. I understand that some district can’t do it. However, be nice they hold each class once a week online interactivity to answer question or teach a lesson. Good luck on the treat of the year.
