The track used is literally titled "Clockwork" in reference to Clockwork Orange where he got the chords. Deadmau5 is still pretty good with chord progressions either way, though he uses tools to help. Definitely a step above most EDM acts that only really use the same 4 chords of pop. Also, you don't get the visuals, yet you're going to act pretentious over a beat machine? It's just notes of the triad going around the fifths/chromatic circle. Easy af to understand.

What poor, lazy journalism. You utterly missed out the crucial link between the A Clockwork Orange movie soundtrack and CygnusX's complete dance crossover rework “Orange Theme” from 1994/5, over a decade before Deadmau5's remix. CygnusX' Orange Theme, while it shares some similarity to the movie soundtrack or Purcell's original, the progression is massively different (listen to them both to hear) - a huge rework in its own right - and it was CygnusX' rework that others remixed in the late 90's, such as Ferry Corsten (Moonman), Bervoets & De Goeij (Rank1), Solarstone, Martin Roth et al. And Cygnus' rework was the version that Deadmaus eventually used and copied - not the movie soundtrack version. This is no genius on Deadmau5' part (this isn't to say his remix isn't good, it is). However, Deadmau5' version should really be Cygnus X - Orange Theme (Deadmau5 remix).

If we consider the physical response of sand on drums with music played through them like speakers, we are observing the resonance...it is telling us a story, or providing a picture. The frequency pollution we are experiencing now with all forms of electronic communications, with devices of all kinds, have never been measured not for dangers of multiple frequencies, only on a singular fashion, I postulate. So instead, I am more curious if there is an optimum frequency that can be emitted that , like a white or pink noise, could neutralize the pollution. Strange as this sounds, I spent a day at 8800 feet in Utah, on a smaller mountain in Coalville...I noticed I had left my phone in the car, so I had no devices and it was turned off as signal strength was zero up there. I noticed I "felt" better, heard sound clearer and without the low level buzz we all hear. I am convinced there is a frequency that human beings are attuned to in a positive way. I tried not to go play in the weeds, it's just we have reached a point that science and metaphysics are starting to connect and we will realize we are being bombarded and changes be made. This piece of music reflects an example of that mathematic symmetry, we should apply focus to.

The issue is also one of amplitude, as opposed to just frequency. Also look up 'Phase Cancellation'. My area of research is, in particular, conscious states and pitch perception. Slightly different from your subject, but tangentially related (there's a reason we struggle to recall music we hear in (for example) dream states). I assume you are aware of cymatics? Also have a read up on ecoacoustics. And for out-there, have a read on Rupert Sheldrakes theories RE Morphic Resonance (again, tangential, but still of relevance). PS if you really want to escape the frequencies, try an anechoic chamber. I built a semi-anechoic chamber in my house (room within a room, walls lined for frequency cancellation etc). In simple terms, if you want a good sleep/relief from 'the noise', I'd suggest purchasing a 4-poster bed, and using RFID-shielding materials instead of curtains (also add it to the top/bottom).
