Just got the New York Kong - I had gotten the last year version because of its likeness to the OG 1933 King Kong, but this one I think nails it even more, with the articulated mouth and a few other subtle differences in the head sculpt: the brow ridge looks a bit more prominent, the eyes seem a bit more lifelike, and the teeth are slightly bigger than the older version. I think that helps reduce the "derpy" look some critics had of Kong's appearance. They did a great job on this one, plus the plane & shackles are awesome to have - I was actually going to make shackles and look for small toy biplanes to add to the first Kong for display! It'd be great to have that Empire State Building top & Fay Wray, too, but oh well!

I just bought mine today and I'm an in box collector. I had no idea he came with two extra pairs of hands and a plane.

Should i get the skull island one or the concrete jungle one?
That depends on what you like better. I personally like the Skull Island one over Concrete.
