Awww...Your tears. I completely understand your feelings of gratitude. Prunes always mess with my stomach, so perhaps if you stop eating them for a couple of days, you might see an improvement...just a thought. I can't even have prune juice, or you will hear my tummy growling from another room!
People have told me that withdrawing from coffee has horrendous physical symptoms and it makes you feel terrible and coffee does cause stomach problems.Maybe now that you have slowed way down on it, you will feel better and better.
Ordinary coffee does cause havoc with my stomach, but espresso which is what I drink doesn’t :) sadly the stomach issue is most likely an autoimmune issue. But yeah when I was drinking the most coffein I did get headaches if I didn’t get my coffee in the morning.

I have stepped away from the prunes, they are also so full of sugar, and I’m trying to not eat that much sugar :)
