During KT sessions we started to build an evaluation mechanism for our processes correctness. We could sell it once, then resell it until that eventually became the Software. Basically we rewrote the 5 months work in 2 months. 9 weeks by 5 days by 2 devs = 90 points US estimate, if we bind incorrectly a day to 1SP complexity.
