Thanks for this. This made so much sense to me. Now only if our company was set up for our devs to work as a team instead of independently across multiple sites (It's only 3.5 of us, one is about to retire and is stuck on coding in VBA and access aplications). Now I won't feel as bad when I decide it's time to move on, they'll have documentation 😂😂

That's fine but Confluence is not free and you're tied in. Using Word doc is flexible.
