In my opinion Bo Nix is by far the 2nd and if not the best QB in the draft. He is a smart decision maker, best in the pocket, can throw deep when needed and extends the play as well as anyone. 61 Career Starts in College, 77.4 % Completion pct in 2023 which is an NCAA single season record. Over 15K passed yards, 113 TD’s & 38 Rush TD’s in his collegiate career of 5 seasons, 5 different coordinators with 5 different offenses/playbooks and yet was able to overcome those changes, learn and be effective executing the offenses. Hell he could be the best QB in the Draft if you ask me. Look at Patrick Mahomes, he was selected 10th overall in his draft. 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall don’t mean anything, some players selected in that range are Bust candidates and get traded away, Only 36% of players drafted in that range make it past their rookie contract and extend with the original team that drafted them. With that said, Bo Nix is the Fix in Denver. Welcome Home Bo, and remember you can’t spell Super Bowl without the BO !!!

Pete, the Bo Nix pick is solid, something we haven't have in the 1st round in years, it gives us a solid starter - Sean should be able to control him unlike Russ. Second, picking up ZW could be a diamond in the ruff. Another BYU QB came out, played with Tampa and wasn't overly good, he switched to the 49er's and almost instantly became an all pro, his name was Steve Young. Either QB, (Nix hopefully) or ZW will be our starter. We saw what Stidham can do which wasn't much.

This guy has obviously NOT watch much film on this kid. Bo can make every throw needed to play in the NFL and do so at a high level. Also Bo has top shelf accuracy into tight windows and does it while getting rid of the ball quickly, just what Sean was looking for.

After selection of Penix Jr. by Falcons, Bo Nix was destined to go top 13. If Broncos passed on him and trade down, it was all likely Raiders would take him. Then what? Spencer Rattler at around pick 20, who is clearly not Peyton's guy, and not a day 1 player at all? Or don't draft a QB and stick with Stidham and wait for future prospects in 2025 draft? It would be a nightmare scenario, if Broncos couldn't get Bo Nix.

I don't know why Petey want Broncos to trade players and picks to get Bo Nix in the 2nd which I'm pretty sure a team was going to pick him before 2nd round Bo Nix literally has top stats in a power five conference and from SEC to PAC 10 I very much like the pick because if you think that we're going to pick who to help us in a division that if we don't have an offense to put points on the board or a full game changer on defense to stop Kansas City,L.A. Chargers, and Raiders that's wild or to get a very good TE in a great college football team and scheme with a forever backup or Zach Wilson to turn things around is the most hopeful wishing than me when we drafted Drew Lock

I would of got Brock Bowers first. Forget about it now. 😂 Some website graded him a D with this analysis. The Broncos do not have the win-now type of roster that commands a value reach like this for the No. 6 QB in the draft. Nix is not a first-round prospect, struggling with consistency and accuracy. Sean Payton has a lot of work to do.
