I have bought over 200 items from Ali over 7 years. 95% ok and happy at dirt cheap prices, but you need to be careful and put in the research. Ali is good at taking the side of buyers and refunds no problem
I have the brown version on which I painted the fake screws black, it is a truly beautiful and very affordable watch with great qualities. I have had it for almost 3 years and am very happy with it and wear it often

I have the sand colour one,you forget to mention it have a snooze alarm also when in the first alarm if you press adjust 2 times you turn on the snooze alarm and it has also a repeat timer funtion when in timer settings press light to turn on the repeat function

My brother has colourway number 2, the green works for him in person. He wears his very loosely, but the size works still, it's a fairly wearable piece. That crystal will get scratched, it's large and soft enough to make this unavoidable. With the 5 alarms, the first one also has a snooze function and the 00 option is the hourly chime. A negative of the timer is that you can only set it down to the minutes.

@@goatreviews you would think so, but the B640W has an auto-repeating timer that can be set down to the seconds. When you loop a timer of 10 seconds or less, it simply beeps once. Besides, draining the battery in that way is user error and easy to resolve by changing it out.

Since you destroyed all 3 protective films, might as well be good. I recommend buying tempered glass instead. Offers infinitely tougher protection. Plus, it drastically minimize the chance of trapping air bubbles during installation. The resin glass is sunken in anyway. So the thickness of tempered glass won't be an issue.

You forgot to mention the main feature that's not available in any AE Series model and this watch has - The Timer with auto repeat function and the Snooze Alarm. Honestly this watch should be renamed to WS 1500 as they are the ones with these features and with dual time. ( All other AE series models I think has full world time and this one doesn't). This is a good watch for a reasonable price. I got no problems with large watches cause i got large wrist but im become a gshock snoob, the resin crystal is a big no to me. Another good review my friend, waiting for the next!

Hi Stumble, while I don’t have 2 of those 3 watches mentioned to confirm this compatibility, I have checked with the AE-1200. My experience was that the module from the WS-1700H was unable to fit into this case. That being said, I have seen pictures from people who have done the switch, and when I asked they mentioned that they needed to trim down the faceplate in order to make it fit. So it can be done! But it will take a little bit of careful grinding of some material. I hope this helps! 🙏

It was one of the very first viewer submitted watches I purchased - but then it didn’t win the #WatchOfTheWeek community polls the first couple of times! 😁
Fits great on my 7 and a quarter in. wrist. I’ve had it for almost a year now ad I do wear it regularly. Mine still doesn’t have scratches on the acrylic. The bumps on the bezel seem to be doing a good job protecting it. I have the green one with positive display and extra long strap. I think a feature that is hidden is that it has auto repeat on timer. As to the AE no idea why it’s there. The WS line seems to be more consistent in that it apparently means Water Sports so they usually have at least a tide graph or fishing graph, things of that nature. A great way to check for hidden features is to go into diagnostics mode. You do that by pressing the adjust, mode and search buttons simultaneously. Then all lcd segments turn on and with that you can see all icons for features and know all the watch’s features.

We must remember though, it doesn’t have the mineral glass or shock resistance of one! 👀

It was one of the very first viewer submitted watches I purchased - but then it didn’t win the #WatchOfTheWeek community polls the first couple of times! 😁
Fits great on my 7 and a quarter in. wrist. I’ve had it for almost a year now ad I do wear it regularly. Mine still doesn’t have scratches on the acrylic. The bumps on the bezel seem to be doing a good job protecting it. I have the green one with positive display and extra long strap. I think a feature that is hidden is that it has auto repeat on timer. As to the AE no idea why it’s there. The WS line seems to be more consistent in that it apparently means Water Sports so they usually have at least a tide graph or fishing graph, things of that nature. A great way to check for hidden features is to go into diagnostics mode. You do that by pressing the adjust, mode and search buttons simultaneously. Then all lcd segments turn on and with that you can see all icons for features and know all the watch’s features.

Somehow I reach for youtube shorts. This is not good for health but I found a solution now. They dont recommend me ahorts on home page now I have a trick and today I didnt watch a single short 😎
