You know what. In every episode, you immensely highlight the fact that we don't at birth come out judging. It's not even us putting that destructive inner critic there. It's just a shield we need in difficult circumstances. And like you already beautifully said ladies, our primary duty to ourselves is to regulate and modify that inner critic (yet in actuality that voice is externally produced by the people around us). Considering all of that, we are so innocent and pure and we must love our default selves so much for that if not for anything else. I love myself for doubting the presence of these shitty feelings and seeing my ability to look them in the eye and dissect them. And for being able to remain vigilant all the time:) thanks so much, you keep sprinkling all over the place with your wisdom.
Ordered (How to Meet Your Self) this just the other day waiting on the mail 📬 should be here soon Thanks Dr. Nicole I need some support on taking some initiative. This Channel is a lot of help, it is appreciated 😊
I loved this episode, thank you for sharing! I am curious how/if who we truly are impacts the way we interpret things in our conditioned mind? For example, if my sister and I experience an argument between our parents but leave it having very different experiences and internalizing what happened in different ways, was it our true selves that caused us to have different experiences or has our conditioned mind already played a role? This is a hard question to articulate so I hope it makes sense, but it kept popping up in my mind during the episode. Curious if you have any thoughts, TY!
