Ottawa is the Capital of Canada. It is located northeast of North America, in the Province of Ontario. It is the second-largest city in Ontario, and fourth-largest in the country. This beautiful city has been undergoing a major facelift in recent years with many projects proposed for the future. You will notice a significant amount of construction and I will be capturing the progress during our many walks & rides.

Hey Ottawalks! - do another St. Laurent Shopping Centre walking tour one week after mask mandates are lifted. I guarantee 90% of the people will still be wearing their masks. That's what I saw when they lifted the mask mandates here in Manitoba.

This must have have been filmed before today. Mask mandate lifted for malls today in Ottawa…today it’s finally safe! I was at Costco this evening and it was about 50/50 for masks.
Laurent was my father's name.... it's my son's middle name. My father was Canadian. It's starting to pick up speed on the people coming in

The bus station was just there in the parking lot also.
Mall is dead, no shoppers.

Mike I have a question did you get stopped by security for recording the Shopping Centre because it’s private property because I recorded the Bayshore Mall and they trespassed me from Bayshore for 6 months for recording the Mall I was recording inside one of the stores at Bayshore

St Laurent shopping center use to be such a slum! They fixed it up pretty good!
I remember the mall in the 70’s, pre slum days.
@@mamakins5123 Late 90's early 2000 was the height of it's slum days lol, the smell was also questionable! Oh the good old days
Thos place is a ghost town now 8 remember when it was packed guess those days are over like downtown. Thanks to covid restriction evryrhing now is online unemployment is sky high panhabdlers everywhere so on.
Hopefully people have learned to refrain for on-line shopping as well as to help get the big influencers out, like Walmart and Costco. Maybe by Thursday night things will pick up. ♥️

Mike did you get stopped by security guards for recording inside the Mall because it’s private property because I record the Mall and get stopped by security and they told me it’s private property
