    Hi Chef, thanks for posting. You use selfraising flour.. If you would use all purpose flour, how much yeast would you use..?

    Definately going to give this a go, I've built a tandoori from 2 big plant pots in an oil drum...

    you should inform about the low protein/gluten flour which is key to soft naan

      Of course mate, always wanted to make me own, tried years ago and failed miserably 🤣cant wait for this method cos then i could start adding garlic, chilli, etc, cant wait for part 2, cheers Matey👍👍👍

      In the fridge but 1/2 before we need to use it we take it out.
