- Mandukya Upanishad part 3 is based on classes conducted by Pravrajika Divyanandaprana at Ramakrishna Sarada Mission, Pangot, Himalayas (Retreat Centre) from 05-April to 11-April-2022. There are total 5 sessions and those will be published sequentially.
Pravrajika Divyanandaprana Ji is a Monastic member of Sri Sarada Math and Ramakrishna Sarada Mission. She is a frequent speaker on Yoga / Vedanta and delivers lectures around the World on these topics. She is also actively engaged in bringing the science of Yoga / Vedanta to academic institutes and runs courses at many higher education institutions including IIT Delhi.

We try so hard to reach the destination, like in a dream we walk towards our destination. And when we wake up, we realise we were already at the destination, even in dream when we were walking towards the destination, in reality we were still there. We were never away from it.
It is not so hard to get to meditative states and become aware of the dream and trance levels but becoming aware in the Turiya, deep sleep state is a real challenge. It is in this state that science, brainwave studies, tells us the cells are repaired and regenerated...

Thank you for the video Mathaji, you have packed the study with so many insights that its very helpful for us to see these videos multiple times, to get a handle on the contents. Thank you for the kind service. Mathaji , coming to think of it, waking state also all of us have a first person experience (though the content of the experience is different), dream state all of us have a first person experience (again content of that is different), deep sleep state all of us have a blankness experience (since there is no content its uniform for all of us) So we can conclude all of us are experiencing first person I'ness constantly. Is there any part of the upanishad/script that explains why and how the single I appears as many? Grateful for the time and efforts
