How to use Internal ALB with Cloudfront? It need any additional configurations ?

in same instance i was installed frentend and backend that time how add that both at a time in elb

You can’t directly attach instance to cloudfront, you first add instance to LB and then add LB to Cloudfront. And we cant run multiple services on same port, so you can use ports number to register your instance to LB
