Installing an outdoor shower modesty screen and wind break.

This weekend I am installing a wind break around our outdoor shower using an old corrugated water tank. Should make for a slightly less cold showering experience.

Nice job as usual Simon!! Y'all are getting ready for the warmer weather, right? As I type, we are dealing with hurricane Ian. It is very unusual for us to still be having hurricanes this late in the season. Typically, they come in August and through mid September. My heart goes out to all those in Florida who have lost everything. We're getting a little wind damage and a lot of rain, but nothing to fuss about. I love your greenhouse, have you begun to start seeds yet? I think it's funny that Trouble is always checking out your projects. I have a little bantum I call Pokey because she always has to poke her nose into anything I'm doing. Hoping all is well with you and the family. Blessings always, g.

I have planted a bunch of seeds and am amazed at how much quicker they sprout and grow in the greenhouse. I experimented with a tomato seedling with one outside and one inside. The one inside is twice the size after 1 week. Terrible business in Florida. They all seem to get through it and start again. We as a species are quite resilient. Winter crops are all now kicking into there final stages and have begun harvesting some. When they are done I can add some compost and plant summer crops straight out of the greenhouse getting a nice head start.
