For an extra $10 I'm ok with trying the wireless, but based on what you said I would want the option of using it wired it the wireless wasn't satisfactory.
Go with XP-Pen, a few years ago I discovered one of the reason why they are better than many non-Wacom competitors is how well the driver works with their product.

I was looking for such a device and came across your video. I have a question. Any recommendations for a wireless tablet like this that is compatible with iPads? I have a iPad Air 4 that I use a lot for my school arts work. I like the idea of having my ipad placed on its stand, while I do all my drawings with my hand on my work table with this tablet. Any suggestions?
I don't know of any drawing tablet that can connect to iPad. Even with Android, such pen tablets don't work well because there's no driver support. You can check out the digital pens made by Adonit. Some will support the iPad Air 4 with pressure sensitivity, but may not work as well compared to Apple Pencil.

Get a 10 x 6 inch tablet if possible. It's a good size that goes well with monitors of any size. Not having tilt sensitivity is not a big deal. But many tablets actually support tilt nowadays so might as well get tilt. Consider Gaomon M10K Pro, Huion HS611 or other Huion tablets. Android support is not good with tablets regardless of brand.
