I find solo cruising extra relaxing, too. For me, I think it’s that I don’t have to consider or compromise with anyone else, or worry that they are having a good time. I do what I please, even if it’s nothing at all. Wow. I think I’m talking myself into another solo cruise!

First…the shower drain…oh hell no lol That is a major ICK. That needs to be fixed yesterday lol Also you should really ask for a table by the window in the MDR especially for breakfast and if one’s not available I always say no problem. I’ll wait. I just feel much more comfortable dining solo when I can sit by the window and look out. I also bring a book with me while I’m waiting for my food.

In 2019 i sailed on celebrity cruise infinity and is was fun had fun they have a formal night called chics night and my boyfriend went in his dress blue cause in the army and the crew thought he was the captain of the ship because of how he was dressed
I went to the arts and craft class and did the paper folding. The heart is the easiest by the way.
We had the same issue with our shower on Magnifica, I had to turn the shower off while washing myself to avoid it overflowing! 😳

I’m going on another solo cruise in 17 days. To me I love it, like absolutely love it. I can do whatever I want, when I want or nothing at all. This will be my 4th solo cruise. This time I’m trying out Royal Caribbean. I’ve cruised solo on NCL and Princess

I don’t know why but as much as I love watching cruises, I can’t seem to enjoy it even though I’ve love to travel and been to 35 countries. I think maybe too much down time (if I want to lay around, relax, or do nothing I stay in my lovely home), stuck on a ship and can’t get off, barely drink and only eat plant based so none of the options are enticing, I don’t love production shows only comedy, and crowds give me anxiety. But I love seeing people enjoy themselves! I’m curious why other people love cruising.
I would just read and read and read.
